  • 'Feeling Safe' is a guided imagery meditation that will take you on a powerful journey to help you release your fears and improve your confidence. It’s a great meditation for helping to alleviate anxiety. It uses guided relaxation to help soothe you, as well as symbolic visualizations to instill a deeper message of calm inner strength.

    This guided imagery meditation starts with a deeply soothing body relaxation and a number of powerful positive affirmations to help you relax your body as well as ease your mind. Accompanied by calming music by Christopher Lloyd Clarke, this meditation delivers everything the title of ‘Feeling Safe’ promises. The music alone gives you a sense of being enveloped in a nurturing warm embrace.
    The journey itself takes you to a place where it feels safe to let go. You are guided to write down your fears and release them, and the easy visualisations offer a wonderful sense of relief. But the journey does not end there. After you leave your fears behind, you are guided through the next step in the journey, which is cleverly designed to replenish your sense of strength and confidence.
    Susanne has found a fantastic balance in combining a truly relaxing guided meditation with powerful positive affirmations. This is a meditation that will have long-lasting positive effects on your own sense of power and strength, and the more you listen the more your subconscious mind will accept that you are in fact perfectly safe. You will come to realise and accept that underneath it all you are a strong and confident person.

The "Comfort Hold" is a gentle reminder that you are strong enough to deal with any situation.

    You can't imagine how your video just helped me calm down.
    Even if i wasn't aware of what you were saying because of how much i was panicking, hearing your voice, the calm soundtrack and the warm background really, really helped me ❤

    This is really helpful for me with cptsd. I struggle with feeling in control of my safety. Right now with all the scary things going on I am grateful to have found this meditation and the words she uses are exactly the words I need to hear and say to myself. Thank you.

      Same friend. I have PTSD too and struggle with feeling safe. Just left a narcissistic abusive partner and am trying to heal. Best wishes. Xo

    wow. i’m a 6th grader, and my 3rd eye recently opened this summer! i’m going through my awakening, and i’ve struggled with my mind and will power, but this meditation has changed everything!! thank you! good vibes and have a safe night/day !!! ☀️☀️

      You mean u are under 13 yrs old ? 6 th grade. I’m in Australia. We have diff system school grades here

    This has saved me many nights. Fears get in my head and keep me awake. Your voice settles me and brings on relaxation and sleep.

    So appreciative for this content. Has helped me with my PTSD and through retraumatization. I struggle with meditations with guided breathing sometimes, but the breathing guidance in this is perfect and well spaced. Now when I need grounding, I look at the trees in my front yard I am reminded of my strength and that I am safe.
