I was so worried the neck was going to cave, but you pulled through it incredibly well. I'm surprised you didn't have a blowtorch at the ready. And when you throw a ball that big, even the centering can wear you out. Well thrown. And I love that you're showing finished pots at the end now.
Hello! how are you? I love your videos and your work! I would like to know what material are the plates that you put red on the potter's wheel, to exchange the pieces? Thanks a lot! (Lorena from Argentina)
Mary Kidd I was just thinking that too - it looks so effortless but I know it’s the opposite! I want to start potting. My mum did in the 70s - 90s so hopefully it is in my blood!
you cant give up clay is like cocaine , you get addicted. try using your clay a little softer , talk to your supplier tell them what you want to do they might suggest a different clay. i struggled centering and making big pieces, i made my earthenware clay a little softer and surprised my self, that was last year , everyone got big flowerpots for xmas, have also softened some of my stoneware clay and had good results. Don't give up

Have fun good work, meeting clay is a blast.
You make throwing that wide pot look so easy. Beautiful! Thanks.
Fun fact:
Every time you skip 10 seconds the poetry changes
You can try it
Omg its true
Amazing!😍 I just wish I could see the the positioning of the hands inside the pot as you pull the clay up.
I love seeing the finished work at the end
Nice vases...great detail.glace !
Well done mate. I enjoyed your effort for us here in cyber
Always glad to see your new videos.. nice!! try a dimmer switch in front of your wheel .. you can dial your speed down with it..

Great work, how does pottery do in sales where you are?
I like your work from Egypt
OMG you make it look so easy. I struggle. Both to center that much clay and to close the top. I'm torn between giving up and trying harder! Lol

@@Holdmymawashi ooo sign up to a class, the great thing about a collage class is you can use all their glazes and experiment. Have fun
That clay looks so tough
멋진 작품 감상 잘 했습니다
Simply grand!
I believe that jiggling sounds when center means that a change of bearings should happen
I love moon jars!!!!!!!!
Impressive 👏👏👏
Nice form. Yeah the slower wheel speed would definitely help. Congrats on all of your success on RUclips. Cheers!
Nice! eddiespottery Illinois.
congratulations. beautiful
New clay body huh
You don’t need to proof it on the guilt
The problem I have is that my clay dries out half way through every pull
Try slowing down the wheel or pulling slightly faster. That happens when the slip on the body runs out where you are pulling.
Try using a sponge in both hands
smjaejin I’ll have to try that, thanks
Making fast
This makes me so angry for some reason
