Living Love - Connection as an Experience

In this first video in a series of talks about love and connection Deepika talks about a cultural dilemma. We are using the word love very liberally to describe vastly different experiences.
Sensual love, sexual love, intimate love (aka the "L-word"), spiritual love or even just a strong form of liking ("I looooove candy").
This is very deeply confusing for many people. What is love supposed to look like? - Think of Valentines Day, with it's plastic hearts and chocolates. Is the size of a diamond ring or the size of a box of chocolates really an adequate measure of how much we love or are connected?! So, what does it actually look like?
Deepika invites you to get curious about your own experience, your own truth. What is going on when you feel connected? How does it happen? How do you know when you feel connected?
Deepika invites you to participate in an easy experiment: start noticing when you feel genuine connection as it happens and what are the inner markers and signs that let you know that you are, in fact, connected. How much attunement and connection is present in your interactions each day?
