I'm from Indonesia, I want to explain why the GA 152 plane crashed, there are 2 cases, the first ATC wrongly instructed this plane because there were two planes that had the same flight number, namely Garuda 152 and Merpati 152 starting from ATC which ordered the GA 152 plane to turn left and ATC just realized there were two airplanes with the same flight number and when they contacted GA 152 ATC accidentally called again GA 152 and instead was told to turn right, which should have been given to Merpati 152, the 2nd GPWS didn't sound after the plane was told to turn to Captain's right lowered the plane's altitude by about 200 feet which made the plane's wing hit a tree branch but the GPWS still didn't sound when Captain realized it was too late which made the plane crash in the forest

Wait I just realized you missed one, Woyla Operation 1981. In Bangkok Thailand, An airplane called "Woyla" was about to taxing to the runway, But it got Hijacked by militaries. That was a complete disaster until few years later. A Boeing 737-200 gone bankrupt due to a Hijacking. It's called the "Operasi Woyla" or "Woyla Operation".
I tried to recreate the crash the best I could, I'm guessing the animators from Mayday took some creative liberty because all that's said in the official report is: "The left nose-wheel hub contacted the runway and fractured. Metal from the failed left wheel slashed the right nose wheel tire causing deep cuts to the tire crown. The outer hub of the right nose wheel separated leaving pieces on the runway. The inboard hub of the right nose wheel remained attached to the right axle and was scoring the runway during the high-speed landing roll. The right nose wheel tire had evidence of FOD, which caused the cut to the crown of the tire, probably due to the failed left nose wheel assembly. The inner walls of both tires showed that there was no evidence of overload or under pressure. The aircraft was destroyed by impact forces and an intense, fuel-fed, post-impact fire."
