@@imperatoresemyou don't understand how the game connection works. you connect at start and at the end of the fights, if your end connection isn't processed, the game doesn't know if you did use burst or not. it's not cheating

Dunno if Bamco can dected that happening, tho, since, as you correctly pointed out, the game doesn't connect until the fight ends. That said, if Chauzu confirmed another guy using the same team got the same result, that's probably the culprit. And that's 100% not exploting a bug, therefore it's not against TOS. It's just an unexpected interaction. EDIT: Checked myself and even closing the game to reset it during a losing fight cannot be considered cheating, since it's actually acknowledged as a possibility in-game. If you do it, you receive a message when reopening the app stating that if you rejoing GP you won't be able to burst during the match because you exited the match previously, which means they absolutely know it can be done and gets balanced by that limitation. Since it's something directly addressed in-game, it can't be considered cheating by definition. Neither of the two things are, in fact. It was just a misdetection by their anti-cheat systems.

I was pretty harsh on you for the Kizuna ticket bug / exploit but this legitimately looks like a game bug and nothing that you did wrong. Hopefully the support ticket clears it up quickly and maybe they will give you 15/15 for the inconvenience since you didn't actually cheat.

How's that a bug when it literally does what it says in the description of the ability? LOL, you guys clearly don't understand what a bug is. A bug is something that does NOT work as intended and is unexpected. Sengoku's ability literally says that it works that way. Rather than a bug, it could be an unexpected interaction between two abilities they didn't consider, which is NOT a bug and thus doesn't break TOS. It probably simply triggered an automated check because the programmers of the game didn't accounted for such a stack when they first made it. If the game programmers didn't account for that interaction, they may nerf it by changing the abilities subsequently, but that still doesn't make it a bug, and thus they can't punish a player for it under their own TOS. Stuff like that happens in every game all the time. The way they handle it is simply to change the abilities to prevent the interaction from happening in the future, not banning people, LOL.
