+Nikki Lorraine Yes, it took me a long time to figure it out, but here's what finally clicked for me: Despite looking like the hoop is just going straight up, your hand will need will need to make the motion of a diagonal swipe. With the hoop spinning to the left, use your right hand to catch the hoop at the bottom left of your back, then pull hoop around and diagonal over your belly and chest, until your hand is over your LEFT eyebrow. Make it a quick hard pull to give it momentum so it's not catching and sticking on your body. Then catch it with your left hand and pull it down and diagonally to the left, and repeat. Hope that helps...
In case somebody has the same problem: That happened to me too. Try to move your hand quicker and close to your body - you do not have to let go or change your grip. You will feel it, when you do it right - I did too. ☺️. Good luck! 🍀

I cant get it up past my chest because it gets stuck on my thumb, my hand holds it in a way that Id have to let to... any tips?
