- Watch our Introduction video on the book of Proverbs, which outlines the book's main theme and how it is fulfilled in Jesus.
The Book of Proverbs is trying to get anyone who will listen back to the Tree of Life and off the path to death. This effort is personified through two main characters: Lady Wisdom and Lady Folly. Those who listen to Lady Wisdom escape death, receive wisdom, and walk in life. However, those who listen to Lady Folly repeat the mistakes made by Adam and Eve, earning the same result - death.

I need prayers today having one of those days. I love God so much but I feel weak at times. I don't want to give up. Guess not feeling the best, has me feeling some type of way.

that part where Jesus came in, and all those people who chose folly came back to wisdom and followed Him...it was so satisfying? i'm not sure how to describe it but it felt good. It really shows what it's like to receive forgiveness, i've seen many people say that once someone sins even if it's tony, they go to hell forever, but people forget the part about forgiveness and the part about Jesus the Christ, who came to our rescue.

I love how many of these spoken gospel videos incorporate the whole gospel story from the beginning to Jesus in the telling the message of that particular book of the Bible.
