Automatic sun is on next video. Yeah the bass lines by Chris from Muse are epic. I remember hearing muscle museum for the first time years ago and how it was one of the main reasons I got hooked on Muse.
The three sisters playing perfectly together which means that the several themes on each instrument aren't overdone so they fit to the whole song best. If you've seen Ale warming up with the hysteria baseline of muse then you get a glimse of what it needs to come out with such a result as the warning songs. I wonder when we will see her with slapping technique - Did someone already seen her going that way?
Check out the song "Shattered Heart" recorded live at Whiskey-a-GoGo. One of my all-time favorites from this band. Ale's bass in stellar...this song is basically several songs in one...led by that bass.
In Z, the high bass line is doubled low with her thumb. You can hear it here and you can see it in many fan videos. Also, she describes it in the video where she “teaches” Pau to play bass. John Paul Jones does it in Whole Lotta Love and Roger Glover in the intro to Highway Star. A technique of the gods.
KMF so far has a lot of songs with picked bass. Helps bring out the growl out of that Spector, but it is harder to play more fluidly across the strings (easier to play single notes in quick succession though)
I feel like picking favorite Ale's basslines is the same as picking favorite The Warning songs: All of them.
Thanks for giving our Ale some love ❤👍🏼🤘🏼
Ale is such an incredible musician. TY! 🔥⚡️🤘🏼❤
Yes she is! Not only she’s technically capable of creating great baselines but her stage presence and vocals are also top notch!
Pau has said Ale is too good at keeping time and sometimes gets frustrated when she (Pau) is off-time and has to catch up
... I read the same thing (or heard^^), it makes me alway laugh (in a good way ) ...
Excellent content on this channel👍
Alejandra is fantastic !
she certainly is.
And no automatic sun? And considering she was playing Muse bass lines at 9, what will we have to look forward to?

Very interesting! I think what Ale does so well is to fit with the music. Nothing silly or fussy. She is perfection in pretty much every way!
I have been posting for month now about how great she is. So glad you are giving Ale the recognition she deserves.

Thank you, I've been waiting for volume 2! I found it fascinating!
Top notch content with stellar editing. Your videos should be mandatory for all TW fans and anyone else who appreciates music.
Such kind words!
Thx a bunch for the support!

This was very interesting, thank you for the breakdowns and isolations.
Glad you enjoyed it! More to come in the future.

Man I’ve been sleeping on the bass line of Kool Aid Kids
🤘🤘🤘
Great video🤟. What are you using to seperate the bass from the guitar and vocals?
Thx! Glad you enjoyed it. I do my own mixes with Adobe Audition and programmed keyboard shortcuts to switch tracks during play through.
You need to check out Eruca Sativa and then you will know wherecshe got all her knowledge from.
