It worked 🎉 Along unconditional healthy love songs to keep me inspired. We met randomly on the street and it was love at first sight for him. In my case it is new love. He brings me breakfast in bed. He ties up my shoe strings, and he cares for me like I was his baby girl ❤. He texts me every 3 hours and sometimes he calls because he wants to hear my voice. It’s been almodt 3 months but he wants to build a family with me and marry me 😭. I can’t believe I was chasing my ex boyfriend when it’s so much easier to relax and enjoy the show where your every needs and desires are effortlessly met. He is so handsome and has a lot of feminine energy to his vibe. He gets me and I’m always right 😅. It’s easy to manifest the greatest love of your life the trickiest part is to just let yourself fall and let your guard down. You have to be in love with life, yourself, a hobbie or even a fact. Well, this definitely worked for me. He contacted me after a long period of time out of the blue. The thing though is that I’m realizing he’s not the SP I want to manifest - it’s me. @@saria9495It's your sp saying it to you but your subconscious will switch it to conform to your inner needs. You have to love yourself before someone else and it's like a mirror effect for the other person. It works like a magnet.
This is unbelievable but I listened to it and as I did I felt confused because the affirmations I felt where about me and at the same time others about my SP I felt sleepy and slept for 2 hours when I woke up I had a massive huge text about the guy I like. He went in depth how he felt and why he acts the way he does, what he wants and how he respects me. We texted for about an hour back and forth long texts about what we want for the future. We live an hour away and our lives are different but we still like eachother alot. It felt so good to have this conversation by text because it felt true with no filters nothing left unsaid. This works I was utterly impressed. These affirmations help you love yourself so others love you as the lovable person that you are 💕 it worked so fast it was crazy.
The way that this literally works so well. I’ve tried multiple, but none of them have been as effective as this one. I’ve just been listening to it for two days, and he’s been initiating hanging out more and he’s been matching my energy and talking to me more. It’s so cute. I lost track of how many times I unsubscribe from channels where the coach acts like they have "The truth" and say things like "If you don't do this, this and that you will not get any results"! Wow, this works multi-layered (as everyone is you). For those with attachment trauma/abandonment wounds etc....most of this applies and is really healing to hear from the perspective of the mother as revision from baby onwards. Then play with dad in this loop of love too. Even mum and dad to each other. Experience that original love as a secure attachment so you are deeply calm and full. Heck you can even let that cup spill over to friends, teachers etc, everyone. This removes all neediness, grasping and wanting to anxiously attach. Then applying this with a beloved/sp feels natural and calm.

Ive been doing self work and listening to affirmations and sleep meds and literally nothing started working until i first listened to this. After the first time my person came back in my life and although ive pushed him away multiple times because of my insecurities he is so consistent that he wants to be with me, and he absolutely wont let me go. I started listening to subs again after he came back and those have started working but i know that this meditation is the main reason he came back and wont leave. Edit: what made him officially try the hardest to be with me is when i decided i could let him go and pursue other people. He didnt want to tho he wants me and only me
My sp and I are doing so amazing. Moving in together in October. I truly am absolutely in love with this man and have never been happier. Hearing him tell me he loves me sends me over the moon. He’s my everything and I can’t wait to see what our future has in store for us. Love you William, you truly are my best friend and so much more.

Listened to this while sleeping. Had a terrible sleep. Kept waking up hearing this play, felt stressed/anxious. Had a dream about my SP. We have a big time difference. @@madelen1234_ I have been here a lot longer and I wouldn't think on giving up. What I have been doing is this: I try for a few days, my SP makes no contact and instead of persisting, believing and insisting I get angry, frustrated and desperate. But a week ago I started asking myself: "What did I get being angry, frustrated and not believing?" And the answer is that I got nothing but tears and sadness. So this time I decided to really take it seriously and do my homework. Last night I started listening to the meditation and at around 2 in the morning I woke up and realized that my phone had no battery. So I pluged it in and continued the meditation. And this morning I listened to part of the meditation and wrote down some of Shelly's sentences in the meditation and then recorded them in my own voice so I can listen to them too. The fact that I haven't heard from my SP in 10 days and I'm not pulling my hair out means I'm making progress. Sometimes I still get sad, very sad...Then I cry, dry my tears and keep going! ⚘

I have worked a lot on my self concept and do it every day still there is no manifestation. Feel so discouraged.....

This is beautifully written, thank you for sharing this wisdom and encouragement! At first I was confused why I was saying these words to my SP and it was annoying me. I kept thinking, “wait, no, I want to be in the receiving mode, not me giving (because I did that enough, that’s for sure!) and then it clicked, that I can use these affirmations as my SP saying these to ME! And it was a beautiful ah-ah moment. I had relief and happy tears as I continued to listen, it feels right, real and true. Thanks again!!!!
Me too, i woke up feeling more anxious to be w him. I wont be able to listen to this again because its too much “work” having to tell myself it’s the opposite. Sounds strange i know. But her voice is so soothing. Wish it would have worked for me
This meditation had some effect in my subconscious, Shelly, because I had this dream in which I was in some other place that was not our home and I saw a huge ladybug (size of a saucer) come out of a picture with several other smaller ones, and then they all paraded around on the wall together, and went through a small door in another wall. Through the door I saw a man on the other side who looked like my husband but I knew it was not him, because my husband was somewhere else, and there was another person that I could not see; and I thought the people I was seeing would kill the ladybugs, but they did them no harm and just watched the group of bugs pass by. In the morning, I could talk a lot with my hubby over breakfast, and he was calm and listened to me with some interest. He has been a little distant, sleeping in another room and all. I think the meditation helped in bringing us closer to each other. Will keep using it, as I know you were very successful creating a happy marriage and a wonderful family! So I am writing this so I don't forget. I had a very interesting experience with this. I find it hard to sleep with subliminals and deep sleep meditations. Some sounds around me, just disturb my sleep. So i tried this one, i didn't think much of it and was curious how this would work. I did fall asleep, but not completely? 2.5 hours into it.. I was aware that i was listening to this, but I was aware that I was dreaming. I was even aware this was Shelly, but it felt so real, like there's a real person around me as I listen to this.. the dream version of me actually believed that these things I am listening to were being said by someone right next to me. I was conscious enough to have these thoughts and to feel her hands around me, but asleep enough to actually think I have hands around me. These hands were reassuring me. Moving their hands through my hair, unclenching my jaw, putting hands on my chest to reassure me, the touch felt so real and so reassuring. I even pretended to cry (the real me dreaming didn't cry, it was the dream me pretending to cry to see if she would reassure me, and she did!) I was even aware that the real me wasn't crying, the dream me was pretending to cry, but the real me dreaming actually believed I was being comforted. I also dreamt of my mom and being home and lots of cats 😂 because I watch a lot of kitty content..i guess my subconscious mixed it all in! But all the while thinking i actually had someone around me observing and reassuring me. Kind of like a dream within a dream? After a while I woke up, and realised I had no one around me and I could switch the recording off. So I did, it's 5:30 am and i HAD to write this down before I forgot in the morning! Wild!! I wonder what this was? Ps: 1 hour in, sp messaged about something really random, nothing related to me, but yeah. He did.
Am I the only one who listens to this and feel like it's my SP saying this to me? For some reason this doesn't resonate w me saying it or doesn't feel like it is first person. It feels and makes the most sense to me that this is what the SP would be saying to me.
Reading the comments and I'd love to share the same experiences. Just found out my SP is seeing someone else less than a month after our breakup. Willing to give it a shot. Maybe this manifestation can wedge in between and still get her thinking about me even when they're together. I imagine it just a quick distraction from the grief. Wish the video had less repetition. But then again I'd repeat an amazing love day after day if I got another opportunity.
Also met someone who had been through a hard time in 2019, as had I , I still think maybe if love can withstand next level insanity , some kind of relationship is still a better option then none . As well I think daily on that individual too . Real deals
Thank you Shelly. I met my SP in November 2019 and since then I have been searching for this. The moment I met her my heart whispered to me "She's the one" and listening to this finally puts into words the message I wish I could convey to her. Sadly we were separated 4 months after we met, but I have never given up hope and never will.
Try thinking from the place that you are already together with her. Have internal conversations that reflect that you two are together now. Give it a try.
I'm in the same place. She wasn't really interested at first but I think time as softened her heart a little. Plus I've been bold and charming really giving it some effort. I hate to be that guy but if she was meant to be her life wouldn't take her away from you. Something would make her stay close so your relationship can develop.

So the value of the psychedelic is that it shows you the fluidity of consciousness. That's one of the key values, just the fact that you get to change states and change into very radically different states. That's a huge eye-opening experience. Do not underestimate the value of that. That alone right there will change your whole life. To be able to pop out of your life and look back upon it as though it was all an imagined hallucination. That's what it happens to be imagining right now. The next second who knows what it could imagine. It can imagine anything it wants but it just so happens that it keeps imagining something consistent so that we can get a sense of reality.
I was listening to this and I got a vision of a beautiful female that looked to be of Asian descent and I immediately thought “she is beautiful” but I also thought what about the females who are not as attractive so my heart said I will accept this love when all have a special someone in their life ❤
I don't know how many times I have said to myself: "My SP has so many limiting beliefs, blocks, fears, is so rational, so controlling of her own feelings for me and has such a hard time to be who she really is (knowing that I manifested that version of her because I know that EVERYBODY IS YOU PUSHED OUT) that I always thought that the only way for her to be with me would be if she fell madly in love with me. With her it has to be like that. A feeling that is so strong and potent that the only option for her is to conform and say yes. This video gives me great hopes!! ⚘⚘⚘

But when they looked at me with their sweet eyes full of love, when I felt that in their presence my heart, too, became as innocent and just as theirs, the feeling of the fullness of life took my breath away, and I worshipped them in silence. Their children were the children of all, for they all made up one family.
I always get stumbled when it says you're the biggest love of my life or you're the best thing that ever happened to me, because my children are that, actually.
I had such a pleasant dream last night. I dreamed my SP came to visit me at a little coffee shop where I was eating a baguette and some coffee or something, and he came by to say hi and ask how I was doing. I slept like a rock--harder than I usually do during the night and woke up feeling like i died in the middle of the night and got ressurrected 😂 then i remembered I listened to this before i fell asleep! How cool
You took the words right out of my mouth. This is exactly how I feel about my SP and it does my soul good to listen to these words and think she feels the same. I'd give anything to manifest her a second time, but this time not be taken away by the world like I was in March 2020. What a painful day that was... Or did she manifest me? Either way, all I am asking is a second chance to be reunited with my soulmate. I had no choice at the time to leave her, or I'd never have done so. Never going to let her go. Wouldn't even know how to. and the sooner the universe realises this and reunites us the sooner we can both rest at ease knowing that we are where we are meant to be. Our union is our destiny.

I woke up in the middle of the night and decided to listen to this while going back to sleep and i had a dream for the rest of the night that my sp was saying all of this to me. We were hiking in the mountains with a group of friends and 3p best friend was there too but he didn't care, he kept saying these to me. I asked him what's gotten into you, why are you telling me all this? And i began to run a head of the group and he ran me down, put his arms around me, kiss me and said "don't worry about 3p any more she's not coming back". " I've always felt this way about you and i want everyone to know" then he kissed me. That was an amazing dream Thank you for making this.

Guys, you can call me crazy if you want to, but I have to share something. Last night I had a dream, that someone committed suicide a while ago, and I had to sleep in this person's room. It felt so horrible to be there because it was like this person's pain still lived in his room. After I woke up I googled dream interpretations of a stranger committing suicide, and it said that a part of my personality dies to make space for a new one. Guys!!! This blows my mind 🤯 because it could literally mean that a part of me still holds on to the old story by sleeping in this room where the old part of me still lives😳 but it has died a while ago and I should let it go! This is so deep lol but it makes so much sense
I don't know if this actually helped ,but after not contacting eachother at all, he suddenly kept interacting with my social media account! Liking my stories, etc.
I haven’t fallen asleep yet but this gives me such sweet feelings of my SP. I imagine us having a romantic date and he tells me all these things! My heart is fluttering. I knew from the moment I saw him that he was going to be in my life somehow.

Ive been doing self work and listening to affirmations and sleep meds and literally nothing started working until i first listened to this. After the first time my person came back in my life and although ive pushed him away multiple times because of my insecurities he is so consistent that he wants to be with me, and he absolutely wont let me go. I started listening to subs again after he came back and those have started working but i know that this meditation is the main reason he came back and wont leave.
Edit: what made him officially try the hardest to be with me is when i decided i could let him go and pursue other people. He didnt want to tho he wants me and only me

What I have been doing is this: I try for a few days, my SP makes no contact and instead of persisting, believing and insisting I get angry, frustrated and desperate. But a week ago I started asking myself: "What did I get being angry, frustrated and not believing?" And the answer is that I got nothing but tears and sadness. So this time I decided to really take it seriously and do my homework. Last night I started listening to the meditation and at around 2 in the morning I woke up and realized that my phone had no battery. So I pluged it in and continued the meditation. And this morning I listened to part of the meditation and wrote down some of Shelly's sentences in the meditation and then recorded them in my own voice so I can listen to them too. The fact that I haven't heard from my SP in 10 days and I'm not pulling my hair out means I'm making progress. Sometimes I still get sad, very sad...Then I cry, dry my tears and keep going! ⚘

I have worked a lot on my self concept and do it every day still there is no manifestation. Feel so discouraged.....

Yeah, this meditation seems more geared toward You are saying these things to your SP rather than your SP saying these things to You. Kinda confusing

I kept thinking, “wait, no, I want to be in the receiving mode, not me giving (because I did that enough, that’s for sure!) and then it clicked, that I can use these affirmations as my SP saying these to ME! And it was a beautiful ah-ah moment. I had relief and happy tears as I continued to listen, it feels right, real and true. Thanks again!!!!

This meditation had some effect in my subconscious, Shelly, because I had this dream in which I was in some other place that was not our home and I saw a huge ladybug (size of a saucer) come out of a picture with several other smaller ones, and then they all paraded around on the wall together, and went through a small door in another wall. Through the door I saw a man on the other side who looked like my husband but I knew it was not him, because my husband was somewhere else, and there was another person that I could not see; and I thought the people I was seeing would kill the ladybugs, but they did them no harm and just watched the group of bugs pass by. In the morning, I could talk a lot with my hubby over breakfast, and he was calm and listened to me with some interest. He has been a little distant, sleeping in another room and all. I think the meditation helped in bringing us closer to each other. Will keep using it, as I know you were very successful creating a happy marriage and a wonderful family! So I am writing this so I don't forget. I had a very interesting experience with this. I find it hard to sleep with subliminals and deep sleep meditations. Some sounds around me, just disturb my sleep. So i tried this one, i didn't think much of it and was curious how this would work. I did fall asleep, but not completely? 2.5 hours into it.. I was aware that i was listening to this, but I was aware that I was dreaming. I was even aware this was Shelly, but it felt so real, like there's a real person around me as I listen to this.. the dream version of me actually believed that these things I am listening to were being said by someone right next to me. I was conscious enough to have these thoughts and to feel her hands around me, but asleep enough to actually think I have hands around me. These hands were reassuring me. Moving their hands through my hair, unclenching my jaw, putting hands on my chest to reassure me, the touch felt so real and so reassuring. I even pretended to cry (the real me dreaming didn't cry, it was the dream me pretending to cry to see if she would reassure me, and she did!) I was even aware that the real me wasn't crying, the dream me was pretending to cry, but the real me dreaming actually believed I was being comforted. I also dreamt of my mom and being home and lots of cats 😂 because I watch a lot of kitty content..i guess my subconscious mixed it all in! But all the while thinking i actually had someone around me observing and reassuring me. Kind of like a dream within a dream? After a while I woke up, and realised I had no one around me and I could switch the recording off. So I did, it's 5:30 am and i HAD to write this down before I forgot in the morning!

Am I the only one who listens to this and feel like it's my SP saying this to me? For some reason this doesn't resonate w me saying it or doesn't feel like it is first person. It feels and makes the most sense to me that this is what the SP would be saying to me.

Reading the comments and I'd love to share the same experiences. Just found out my SP is seeing someone else less than a month after our breakup. Willing to give it a shot. Maybe this manifestation can wedge in between and still get her thinking about me even when they're together. I imagine it just a quick distraction from the grief. Wish the video had less repetition. But then again I'd repeat an amazing love day after day if I got another opportunity.

Thank you Shelly. I met my SP in November 2019 and since then I have been searching for this. The moment I met her my heart whispered to me "She's the one" and listening to this finally puts into words the message I wish I could convey to her. Sadly we were separated 4 months after we met, but I have never given up hope and never will.
Try thinking from the place that you are already together with her. Have internal conversations that reflect that you two are together now. Give it a try.
I'm in the same place. She wasn't really interested at first but I think time as softened her heart a little. Plus I've been bold and charming really giving it some effort. I hate to be that guy but if she was meant to be her life wouldn't take her away from you. Something would make her stay close so your relationship can develop.

So the value of the psychedelic is that it shows you the fluidity of consciousness. That's one of the key values, just the fact that you get to change states and change into very radically different states. That's a huge eye-opening experience. Do not underestimate the value of that. That alone right there will change your whole life. To be able to pop out of your life and look back upon it as though it was all an imagined hallucination.
That's what it happens to be imagining right now. The next second who knows what it could imagine. It can imagine anything it wants but it just so happens that it keeps imagining something consistent so that we can get a sense of reality.
I was listening to this and I got a vision of a beautiful female that looked to be of Asian descent and I immediately thought “she is beautiful” but I also thought what about the females who are not as attractive so my heart said I will accept this love when all have a special someone in their life ❤

I don't know how many times I have said to myself: "My SP has so many limiting beliefs, blocks, fears, is so rational, so controlling of her own feelings for me and has such a hard time to be who she really is (knowing that I manifested that version of her because I know that EVERYBODY IS YOU PUSHED OUT) that I always thought that the only way for her to be with me would be if she fell madly in love with me. With her it has to be like that. A feeling that is so strong and potent that the only option for her is to conform and say yes. This video gives me great hopes!! ⚘⚘⚘

I always get stumbled when it says you're the biggest love of my life or you're the best thing that ever happened to me, because my children are that, actually.

I had such a pleasant dream last night. I dreamed my SP came to visit me at a little coffee shop where I was eating a baguette and some coffee or something, and he came by to say hi and ask how I was doing. I slept like a rock--harder than I usually do during the night and woke up feeling like i died in the middle of the night and got ressurrected 😂 then i remembered I listened to this before i fell asleep! How cool

You took the words right out of my mouth. This is exactly how I feel about my SP and it does my soul good to listen to these words and think she feels the same. I'd give anything to manifest her a second time, but this time not be taken away by the world like I was in March 2020. What a painful day that was... Or did she manifest me? Either way, all I am asking is a second chance to be reunited with my soulmate. I had no choice at the time to leave her, or I'd never have done so. Never going to let her go. Wouldn't even know how to. and the sooner the universe realises this and reunites us the sooner we can both rest at ease knowing that we are where we are meant to be. Our union is our destiny.

I woke up in the middle of the night and decided to listen to this while going back to sleep and i had a dream for the rest of the night that my sp was saying all of this to me.
We were hiking in the mountains with a group of friends and 3p best friend was there too but he didn't care, he kept saying these to me. I asked him what's gotten into you, why are you telling me all this? And i began to run a head of the group and he ran me down, put his arms around me, kiss me and said "don't worry about 3p any more she's not coming back". " I've always felt this way about you and i want everyone to know" then he kissed me. That was an amazing dream

Guys, you can call me crazy if you want to, but I have to share something. Last night I had a dream, that someone committed suicide a while ago, and I had to sleep in this person's room. It felt so horrible to be there because it was like this person's pain still lived in his room.
After I woke up I googled dream interpretations of a stranger committing suicide, and it said that a part of my personality dies to make space for a new one. Guys!!! This blows my mind 🤯 because it could literally mean that a part of me still holds on to the old story by sleeping in this room where the old part of me still lives😳 but it has died a while ago and I should let it go! This is so deep lol but it makes so much sense
