I had gotten advice from someone saying that you create your reality, and just to not accept the reality that you are in, change it. So I started telling myself things like “we are together”, “he loves me and has texted me already”, basically speak what you what as if it already happened. I also did the 3,6,9 method, but I feel that whatever you are most intentional with will be the most helpful. I like to write down what I am manifesting, and then mediate on them, and really put emotion and intent into it. Writing down my manifestations is something I did/do religiously. I also began writing down to the universe what I was thankful for, including my boyfriend and I being together, being healthy. Showing gratitude is helpful. I listened to many different RUclips videos about manifesting SP, and self love and healing, and also subliminals. I also watched this one video where she told me, that you must not put you sp on a pedestal, where they are just out of reach, and you won’t ever reach them, but instead think of them as on the same level as you if that makes sense.

Unfortunately I'm a very light sleeper, so this recording kept me from sleeping more than anything else. Even on very low it kept waking me up, and I woke up very tired. Maybe it's a bad idea for light sleepers? I'm not doing this for 28 days, as I'll be quite sleep deprived. I'll have to try it as a background recording while awake. Can anyone shed any light on this subject? Anyone have trouble sleeping?
I think it’s this video specifically. The recording is not the best, compared to his other videos. I listen and fall asleep to affirmations videos regularly and have no issues but this one always gives me bad dreams due to distraction in sound quality.
I'm a very light sleeper too. I did keep waking up throughout the night because of it but I was able to go back to sleep and finally turned it off in the early am to sleep in late since it's Sunday.

Unfortunately I'm a very light sleeper, so this recording kept me from sleeping more than anything else. Even on very low it kept waking me up, and I woke up very tired. Maybe it's a bad idea for light sleepers? I'm not doing this for 28 days, as I'll be quite sleep deprived. I'll have to try it as a background recording while awake. Can anyone shed any light on this subject? Anyone have trouble sleeping?
I think it’s this video specifically. The recording is not the best, compared to his other videos. I listen and fall asleep to affirmations videos regularly and have no issues but this one always gives me bad dreams due to distraction in sound quality.
I'm a very light sleeper too. I did keep waking up throughout the night because of it but I was able to go back to sleep and finally turned it off in the early am to sleep in late since it's Sunday.
