Thank you! Like others, we checked, double-checked cables, power, tv settings, cable box setting, etc.. Went past this sub-settlings area, so when you explained it, I knew how to get to this audio settings screen. Well done.

You just saved me a $50 home visit (because I am sure Spectrum would never have admitted it was a problem with their equipment). Now I am calling Spectrum to cancel the tech visit. Wow! I couldn’t get my volume to work all day, talked to numerous spectrum employees on the phone and live chat... every rebooted it and then told me I’d have to go to spectrum and exchange my box! You just saved the day!! Thanks so much

Was struggling with this for a couple of months now. Fire Stick worked fine and so we just used apps and kept moving forward, but with basketball season starting up and wanting to watch some games, I decided to take another stab to seeing if I could find a solution online. Not sure why I didn't stumble on this months ago with my variation of searches, but this definitely did the trick. Thanks!
