Love to be able to ride like I used to. Got an sandm next generation dirtbike that I have had for around 22 years, and I am 51 now. You've got to keep the passion alive and well fed, it's a way of life.
I'm nearly 40 and got back into riding. Last week I was riding with a 50 year old. If you can, take a look at a new school bike. The days of heavy tanks with short and low bars are long gone mate. Anything is possible if you want it 👍
Im still diggin on my trails despite NOT have riding Them for 2-3 years due to cartilage damage in my knee, impossible to pump without being sketchy and it stopped feeling safe to ride and when riding literaly hurts the fun fades away, sadly. Currently recovering from surgery and i keep diggin in hope of getting back on the bike in the future, just turned 40 last month
I'm with you all on sticking to it. I've had double chronic bronchial pneumonia that almost took me out of the picture, and a heart attack which really didn't help😉. I really struggle to breath, plus other issues with constant pain and a visual impairment, but I'm still here 🖖
I’m a trail kid, always helping dog and ride at my local spot. All the othe kids have no interest is jumping and tool our table lines. We try to get them interested but none do it. Kids also try to roll tables we made that shouldn’t be rolled, hit the lip with their cranks, and fall off the sides.
Nothing better than see and old school BMX rider, still riding BMX in early days!!
Your trails are part of BMX's history my good man.

What a nice bloke, keeping it real with the old school BMX attitude of just being stoked on bikes and people having a good time on bikes.
