    You have saved me!!! Every video I watched said to put the shinny side down, so that’s what I was doing and could never get it to cut through to the vinyl part.     I am going to try my first puff shirt tomorrow. I enjoy your videos for a few reasons. You are very good about doing things step by step. Another thing that I like is that you are using a Cricut Air 2. I love mine and get annoyed when people say I need to upgrade to the Maker three.

    your video was perfect, just didn't mention if you peel hot or wait to warm or cold. I know it depends where you get htv from. you gave me the goodfeels to go on and try the puff i have, its been waiting in a corner, lol I'm scared to mess up.

    Great tutorial. How do you set your dial for more pressure. I don't have the option to select Every day Iron-on. Just Glitter Iron-on

      Thank you so much! It depends on the brand you purchase. I have found that puff vinyl of different brands have different requirements.

    Look so great! Is this effect can apply on reflective material? Can you pls help advise does the puff effect created by bonding condition or ink type?

      Thank you! I think the puff is effected by the amount of pressure you use. The more pressure the better, but that also depends on the brand of puff vinyl you are using.

    Question: Can you show a tutorial showing how to layer puff vinyl on top of puff vinyl? Also can you show a tutorial showing how to layer puff vinyl on top of regular everyday HTV ?       I would definitely consider puff on top of regular vinyl, but not puff on top of puff.

    Loved the video. Easy to understand. I am fairly new and just turned 79 and watching lots of videos to learn. I saw in the reviews that there is a difference between flock and puff vinyl. I was wondering if there was a difference. Also I found The Denver Housewife that gave instructions on Siser Puff and she shows shiny side up. Guess it depends on brand. She didn't do video but has in detail how to do it and I printed it out. Also has free designs. Thanks again for video and I subscribed.

    Good afternoon!
    I just did a tester on an old sweatshirt and my puff design came out puffy but not in a nice way. I used a heat press and used the instructions 320 degrees for 20 sec

      I suggest less heat and less time. Try 265 for 10 seconds.

    I love your personality , I’ m in full-time ministry and it’s hard to find the correct time when your on live . I would love to touch base with you , I have questions and I’m part of makersgonna learn ,but I love your personality. I been praying to connect with someone with a heart ❤️ like yours.     I notice with some puff vinyl the shining part is up in the mat🤯.I have messed up a lot of vinyl using the puff

      In my opinion, it is best to follow the recommendations from the brand you purchase. All of them have different directions.

    Thank you so much for this video I truly want to try the puff vinyl. However it is in my stash already and it is not labeled how can I tell the difference between the puff vinyl and the HTV vinyl?

      I suggest taking a weeding tool and pulling up a little corner. Puff is a little thicker than regular htv. What brand did you buy?

      When I purchase locally, I always ask for their heat press settings in writing.

      You can definitely use an EasyPress! You may have to use it if your design is bigger than your press.

      Great question! I welded because this is considered as script font. Even though the words would have cut nicely together, I welded to be safe.

      Siser just released a new one recently. I haven't tried it. They sell it at Atlanta Vinyl and 143vinyl.com.
