Touareg V10 Injector Adjustment

A brief description of how to adjust the injectors on a Volkswagen Touareg V10 TDI. Our Touareg has 220k, a Rocketchip stage 1 tune, EGR cooler & piping removed and the cams have been replaced.

Did you find that the injectors were way out of adjustment with the new cams? I don't see why they should be. The valve-lifting lobes and valve lifters on mine (144k miles) were severely worn, but the injector lobes looked fine.

David Olson Yeah they were a about one round out, but these cams have 225k on them.
