      In three months you didn't see the difference it's not possible..cut sugar from your diet ..combine this workout with chloe ting's 500 calories burn cardio..and you'll lose weight in just 15 days..but you have to consume very less sugar..and eat less carbs and more veggies..and control your portions..

    Hey Hana, what do you mean by 8-12 hr fasting and sleeping hours doesn't count ?
    After getting up, we need to be empty stomach for 8 hrs?

      yes, with drinking enough plain water, or warm tea no sugar added. The water will clean your stomach, reset and restart
