The only things left to make dying light 2 even better (in my opinion at least) 1 survival improvements change the whole inventory , map , menu etc ui and how it appears, the whole inventory section looks like a Ubisoft rpg game maybe make a different section for them, one for the gears and one for inventory and nightrunner tools and completely rework the inventory from the rpg inventory and make it like dying light and make a progression for it like it increases with everytime you upgrade your stamina rework how the inventory ui comes up and make it like an appearing pop up page in dying light 1 that pauses the game in easier difficulties but not in the harder ones choosing weapons shouldn't stop you from running and stop the game and it should be like dl1 nerf the players stamina and health a little to not make them like an unstoppable god in the endgame the enemies actually level up and improve as you do (not like the levels system) in dying light one i feel like the more you leveled up the enemies did too like even with weapons with 5000 damage or something they might've need more than one hit to die and the volatiles were still deadly 2 parkour improvements its already great but it's a little floaty compared to the first dying light fasten the climbing animation 3 combat improvements improve the gore more and make it better and more realistic like it was in the first dying light make it able to hit the corpes as much as they're really damaged improve the physics of hitting zombies and enemies and how they react to it and the ragdolls and how they fall make the x-ray actually impactful and real like in dl1 that if you break a zombies legs it actually affects them but in dl2 it's just a cool animation 4 night upgrades : make it even darker make the volatiles actually roam and not spawn make the chases more crowded with more volatiles and zombies chasing you howlers being more and drawing more zombies and volatiles to your location buff the volatiles to be more deadly 5 : extra improvements make all the choosint dialogues in the story just play automatically or add an option for it add some more older zombie face models to make it more realistic that it's a long time since the apocalypse and some of them are older and some more normal models for them and the other enemies like renegades and others More animations for weapons so they swap between them and give them more variety and more animations for parkour moves Improve and fix the flashlight actual dynamic day and night cycle make the thugs surrender when you point a gun at them (maybe not the renegades or maybe they do it randomly or no make the bullets have effect on the zombies parts like if you shoot their legs they struggle at walking These will just make dying light 2 so good

Glitch weapons like the machete makes the game so much more fun in ng+. Without everything is a slog because of the massive hp. We play this game for fun not for annoying stressfull playtime/ranking system or extreme difficult stuff. This is a pve Zombie sandbox. If I want a challenge I play elden ring. Everybody who want to get their rewards with op weapons or modding should have the opportunity to do it. Also nobody wants annoying rng stuff or ultra rare items with low drop chance. The playerbase is not 15 years old and need to flex with low rng weapons. Everybody should play how they want and get their hands on every item without problems if they want. People who want the opposite are poison for this game.

Fix the Co-op it's still broken even doing co-op missions with my friends it breaks so if I plan to do the tower raid I need co-op to work Also it's pretty dumb that friends can't drop other friends the Scorpio since you know the game was originally supposed to have that but instead it was locked behind a challenge so no one can really get the weapon if they missed the challenge so technically robbed for the wrong reason when it was clearly already in the game
A bit off topic but also on topic, what I would like to see in dying light 2 is the ability to be overpowered because what made dying light 1 fun for me was being overpowered and killing volatiles in like 3 hits at max level. The problem I have with dying light 2 is that is hasn’t offered that type of freedom of being overpowered but you have to use glitches to be strong I am max legend level in both and in dying light 2 I don’t feel powerful even in easy mode. Hopefully some weapons in the tower raid will allow us to be op or not depending on level and difficulty. (Just a thought because I compared the two games and in dying light one you can kill a volatile in like 3 hits on easy/story mode ng+ while dying light 2 is different. And if people want it to be difficult there’s nightmare mode or some kind of custom mode in the game where you choose what you want like weapon damage, enemy damage, resources, etc to mix it up.)
So similar to Accent tower from the division 2. Climb randomly generated rooms with random objectives. Every 10 floors there’s a boss. There should be loot that’s specific to the raid so there’s even more reason to play it. Not just a higher chance at exotics that are already in the game. Could definitely be a banger
I think tower raid loot should be rewarding but not too OP, like some exclusive rarity that is only obtainable through tower raid. Imagine nightrunner weapons with special capabilities/abilities or even nighrunner armor that boosts your abilities, some really cool low chance items like the destiny kind.
I hope there’s a new skins weapons with new challenges for more replayabilty. Also Tower Raids should have difficulty all the way from easy to nightmare.

I think a cool idea would be to merge zombie AI with human AI. in unique and challenging ways. Kind of like the final fight against waltz. Have insanely powerful and agile zombies, that learn from your attacks! And will start dodging repeat attacks. Making you switch up your style on the fly. Kinda reminiscent of the mr. Freeze fight from the Arkham games! It could really be done right and be challenging. Would be hard for them to make, that’s for sure. But well worth it. I mean even if you just run in there swinging a melee weapon they’ll start using AOE attacks when you try and get too close to prevent it. Which is something human enemies don’t even do, you can always run and swing weapons against them infinitely, unlike using a drop kick over and over.
Or even if they just do something like the prison heist I think would be fun to do for awhile. If the rewards are worth it. But prison heist had the negative of just a handful of weapons you could obtain. Bozak atleast had the dockets with a larger selection.
Nah, let modders access what they want but lock them out of leaderboards. Them getting access to the same weapons with mods does NOT detract from YOUR experience
6:55 ‼️‼️ The game seriously needs its own dedicated MM/Queue system. Specifically for Agent mission stuff that you need to queue up anyways for like Jai Survivor missions and such. Having to open up discord and then post what your doing then wait for a response then post an add code then add the individual then send an invite to said individual while opening and closing multiple overlays and applications and have a stranger take up another friend slot just to play together once it’s a massive pain in the arse and in no way brings the community together when coming together is a complete chore with a million hurdles. Just let anyone join who’s queueing up or let us post invites straight to discord like Deep Rock Galactic does. Something. Coop is literally dead because of this, at least on PC and only livens up a lil on weekends. Working weekends? Tough sh!t. The game itself just needs a serious COOP QoL update. Bugs, online functionality, etc… Crossplat/Crossplay because why not (potentially coming in the future). Nobody does NG+ runs because of this too. In DL1 we were constantly replaying it just for fun, strangers joining and etc… didn’t matter. It was easy. Now? Don’t even work nor is rewarding. If anything it’s just punishing. Can’t continue the story, miss out on the new content, not getting the NG+ XP bonus. Content locks, useless loot. Etc…
Hope tower raid takes advantage of nightmare difficulty. I myself don't care about weapon/cosmetic rewards, Hard challenging opposition is reward for me.
I hope they add NEW bosses , not just your regular demolisher that you can easily outsmart, something like a new mutation or sum And i hope they add new content , a unique one not something like "wave 3/15" Bru the ending ☠️

The thing is Techland doesn't know what progressions is. The moment you start the game you'll see shit tons of variations like elemental zombies? Please they should stick to E3 as much as possible and add more quality of life to physics, gore, animations, textures and map more.
Techland needs to redesign their Volatiles in DL2 their appearance in my opinion aren’t terrifying to me compared to the ones in D1 which correct me if I’m wrong were slightly taller than the player they managed to make their biters and virals look alot better than the launch models surely they could do the same with their apex predators of the night their whole bodies looking like concrete just isn’t it for me like I get why they look like that but even the alpha volatiles in D1 with their armored appearance looked even scarier than the regular ones I would like to see them look more akin to the D1 ones along with some female looking Volatiles just for a little variety
They should definitely redesign the volatiles make them look similar to dl1 and make them taller. The blend in too much to stand out. And what do you mean female volatiles? There is no female or male volatiles. Have you read the lore? You're not meant to tell which is which because their genitals are gone. The volatile gives everyone no matter what gender a masculine build for their agility and strength. They're meant to be like the next dominant species of humanity.

I never said volatiles are sexless I meant there is no set sex for the volatiles because it's for that uncanny mystery. Its explained why they don't have genitals, and again, both sexes will get the same look. That's how the transformation works. Men are naturally stronger than women, so the mutation promotes muscle growth for both sexes, so female volatile breasts basically disintegrate, which is why none of them have boobs. Volatiles work like a hive mind and have a final transformation where their sex before they turned is basically pointless. The virus is focused on turning everyone into the definition of mindless killing machines.

i’m so sorry but those who have huge immunity boosts don’t wanna wait 30 damn minutes just to use an ability. PLUS the immunity system is to PUNISH the player not give them an award for doing something they weren’t supposed to do.
but that doesn’t answer my question. why would they make the system that has punished the player for staying in the dark too long and not being prepared, and make it so it’s not punishing at all? really doesn’t make sense.
The modders will do what they want and there is always a work around and for the ones who wanna grind for it they don't have to pick up the stuff that modders might drop thats a choice really
I have no problem with modders doing what they want in any scenario, just not tower raid since it would be much better to keep tower raid separate rather than just have modders drop all the rewards to every one then suddenly there’s no point in playing it
Part of the reason that players attention runs out after a month is because they’ll play it to get the best gear and then just duplicate it all…. They ruin it for themselves. The grind is half the fun

I don’t use any of it besides the resources though. I like being able to craft what I need without grinding repetitive areas. And when I first started a few months ago I really struggled and needed healing items desperately lol but that didn’t stop people from dropping literally everything to me…

I disagree with the rare loot thing, it is just feel no life. Like shit, a cheap tactic like that would effect but it would be annoying to the brink that people might really just not play it at all. Instead of giving pretty fucking rare toaster to the play. How about they actually made it fun or smth? Or goofy ass weapons, that doesn't even give a edge over people. Dying light 1 has some examples of those. But tbh the rare weapon rng wouldn't work for me.
When I said rare item it did not have to be a weapon. The Gamemode should still be fun and have a bunch of new gear and weapons. I simply stated that there should be one rare item to reward players who decided to grind for it, that one item could be a mask or an outfit. I’m a busy guy and do not have time to sit on a game all day but even so I still enjoy grinding for something in a game even if it takes weeks to actually obtain. But that’s just me. As for rng, how do you expect a Gamemode to be infinitely replayable without rng? It’s not even possible. Without rng a Gamemode can be completed in one run and will just be repetitive.

Honestly do not try to change the freaking single player game to multiplayer game. If u like destiny go play destiny. DO NOT FREAKING ASK DL to be Destiny. Why do most content maker never think of them? I have to wait like 5 mins to actually get this posted with our connection. I had to buffer like 10- 15mins just to watch this content. I think a cool idea would be to merge zombie AI with human AI. in unique and challenging ways. Kind of like the final fight against waltz. Have insanely powerful and agile zombies, that learn from your attacks! And will start dodging repeat attacks. Making you switch up your style on the fly. Kinda reminiscent of the mr. Freeze fight from the Arkham games! It could really be done right and be challenging. Would be hard for them to make, that’s for sure. But well worth it. I mean even if you just run in there swinging a melee weapon they’ll start using AOE attacks when you try and get too close to prevent it. Which is something human enemies don’t even do, you can always run and swing weapons against them infinitely, unlike using a drop kick over and over.
Or even if they just do something like the prison heist I think would be fun to do for awhile. If the rewards are worth it. But prison heist had the negative of just a handful of weapons you could obtain. Bozak atleast had the dockets with a larger selection.

6:55 ‼️‼️ The game seriously needs its own dedicated MM/Queue system. Specifically for Agent mission stuff that you need to queue up anyways for like Jai Survivor missions and such. Having to open up discord and then post what your doing then wait for a response then post an add code then add the individual then send an invite to said individual while opening and closing multiple overlays and applications and have a stranger take up another friend slot just to play together once it’s a massive pain in the arse and in no way brings the community together when coming together is a complete chore with a million hurdles. Just let anyone join who’s queueing up or let us post invites straight to discord like Deep Rock Galactic does. Something. Coop is literally dead because of this, at least on PC and only livens up a lil on weekends. Working weekends? Tough sh!t. The game itself just needs a serious COOP QoL update. Bugs, online functionality, etc… Crossplat/Crossplay because why not (potentially coming in the future). Nobody does NG+ runs because of this too. In DL1 we were constantly replaying it just for fun, strangers joining and etc… didn’t matter. It was easy. Now? Don’t even work nor is rewarding. If anything it’s just punishing. Can’t continue the story, miss out on the new content, not getting the NG+ XP bonus. Content locks, useless loot. Etc…

Hope tower raid takes advantage of nightmare difficulty. I myself don't care about weapon/cosmetic rewards, Hard challenging opposition is reward for me.
I hope they add NEW bosses , not just your regular demolisher that you can easily outsmart, something like a new mutation or sum
And i hope they add new content , a unique one not something like "wave 3/15"

The thing is Techland doesn't know what progressions is. The moment you start the game you'll see shit tons of variations like elemental zombies? Please they should stick to E3 as much as possible and add more quality of life to physics, gore, animations, textures and map more.

Techland needs to redesign their Volatiles in DL2 their appearance in my opinion aren’t terrifying to me compared to the ones in D1 which correct me if I’m wrong were slightly taller than the player they managed to make their biters and virals look alot better than the launch models surely they could do the same with their apex predators of the night their whole bodies looking like concrete just isn’t it for me like I get why they look like that but even the alpha volatiles in D1 with their armored appearance looked even scarier than the regular ones I would like to see them look more akin to the D1 ones along with some female looking Volatiles just for a little variety
They should definitely redesign the volatiles make them look similar to dl1 and make them taller. The blend in too much to stand out. And what do you mean female volatiles? There is no female or male volatiles. Have you read the lore? You're not meant to tell which is which because their genitals are gone. The volatile gives everyone no matter what gender a masculine build for their agility and strength. They're meant to be like the next dominant species of humanity.

@@TheGamerClown Sentient Volatiles are different. Sentient Volatiles have a more human look because they're still their human selves. I never said volatiles are sexless I meant there is no set sex for the volatiles because it's for that uncanny mystery. Its explained why they don't have genitals, and again, both sexes will get the same look. That's how the transformation works. Men are naturally stronger than women, so the mutation promotes muscle growth for both sexes, so female volatile breasts basically disintegrate, which is why none of them have boobs. Volatiles work like a hive mind and have a final transformation where their sex before they turned is basically pointless. The virus is focused on turning everyone into the definition of mindless killing machines.

we really missing a vehicle like the following and a "fury" mode like whenever immunity runs out Aiden gains the zombie buffs that are in game befor he dies or gets to uv light with a timecount of 1min or 30 sec at least since u get faster and jump way higher...
i’m so sorry but those who have huge immunity boosts don’t wanna wait 30 damn minutes just to use an ability. PLUS the immunity system is to PUNISH the player not give them an award for doing something they weren’t supposed to do.
NO! Fury should work like how it works in dead island. The immunity is a punishment not a benefit. And vehicles are only suitable for dlc2.

The modders will do what they want and there is always a work around and for the ones who wanna grind for it they don't have to pick up the stuff that modders might drop thats a choice really
I have no problem with modders doing what they want in any scenario, just not tower raid since it would be much better to keep tower raid separate rather than just have modders drop all the rewards to every one then suddenly there’s no point in playing it

I don’t use any of it besides the resources though. I like being able to craft what I need without grinding repetitive areas. And when I first started a few months ago I really struggled and needed healing items desperately lol but that didn’t stop people from dropping literally everything to me…

I disagree with the rare loot thing, it is just feel no life. Like shit, a cheap tactic like that would effect but it would be annoying to the brink that people might really just not play it at all. Instead of giving pretty fucking rare toaster to the play. How about they actually made it fun or smth? Or goofy ass weapons, that doesn't even give a edge over people. Dying light 1 has some examples of those. But tbh the rare weapon rng wouldn't work for me.
When I said rare item it did not have to be a weapon. The Gamemode should still be fun and have a bunch of new gear and weapons. I simply stated that there should be one rare item to reward players who decided to grind for it, that one item could be a mask or an outfit. I’m a busy guy and do not have time to sit on a game all day but even so I still enjoy grinding for something in a game even if it takes weeks to actually obtain. But that’s just me.
As for rng, how do you expect a Gamemode to be infinitely replayable without rng? It’s not even possible. Without rng a Gamemode can be completed in one run and will just be repetitive.

- I do not mean that NO rng should be made. I agree with the towers as Rng. But my statement was about the item drops, not the map layout or the enemies comes with it.

Honestly do not try to change the freaking single player game to multiplayer game. If u like destiny go play destiny. DO NOT FREAKING ASK DL to be Destiny. I would recommend make another game extension like what they did on dl 1 for multiplayer mode. DO NOT FREAKING ASK TECHLAND TO INFUSE freaking multiplayer online mode to DL. I am just being fair. We paid 100 USD for full game just to play the way we want. Also request that leeway. Some of us do not get satisfied for getting a good gear from a lot of grinding. We do not have that much of time to grind nor we would want to. We enjoyed the game as it is. Do not engage them to make it a destiny like game. Honestly I do not think I would play be able to play tower raid if it is multiplayer with online connection. 50% of the world still Do Not Have fast access internet like you freaking first world country. We barely are able to enjoy game as it is. Think about the other 50%. Statistically those 50% who do not have good internet connection actually can only enjoy offline game more than you guys do. Why do most content maker never think of them? I have to wait like 5 mins to actually get this posted with our connection. I had to buffer like 10- 15mins just to watch this content. Think from both side of the coins. Other than that this is an actually informative content and i didnt regret watching this content.

not coming, Techland already confirmed that it will never come to dying light 2 due to how it would destroy the game and would be too easy due to the op weapons. they could nerd the weapons during the invasion but it’s techland we’re talking about.
Techland has never confirmed it’s never coming, they have said it definitely won’t be anytime before dlc 2 though
