    Stable alignment is a great concept. I remember a couple of years ago your "look at the ball through the back of the stringbead" tip really helped me and my players. Thanks!
    A question about how far in front verses to the side. Do you think the 45% to the side rule of thumb to be more relevant to return of serve compared to normal groundstrokes ? It seems that we don't always need all our weight behind the ball, if we get high racquet speed then it's ok if we're more to the side rather than behind the contact point

    Steve, is there a too far out in front point of contact. If so, why and where is it??

      If you lay your wrist back. Extension.. then reach forward. The furthest comfortable position is the perfect position for you Glad your enjoying the channel

    Can we apply the same technique "far out in front of the contact" for the 2 handed backhand?

      Hi. Yes, but the left hand stops you seeing the ball quite as far in front. Glad your enjoying the channel.
