Somebody help me out here- WHAT is supposed to be racist about the George Hamilton KFC "Extra Crispy Colonel" ads? He's CLEARLY a white guy with a tan, NOT some mockery of Black people!
I don't think it was racist, the joke was George Hamilton is known for being very tan so he's the perfect spokesman for Extra Crispy Chicken because he's been fried by the sun.
Actually I noticed that in most of the obviously racist commercials on here all of them take place in some kind of Asian country..the rest of the commercials aren't racist they're just stupid...
If the person going in the washing machine was any one other than a black man, then I'm sure you wouldn't be saying it's racist. But this is the state of our society... At this point, if black people are ever not painted in a positive light then people come out and say it's racist. A bunch of black people were trying to cancel the show "48 hours," because they claimed it was racist because it always showed black people committing murders. In reality, it's just that black people were committing murders at a higher rate than other races were. You will never see a modern commercial where they show a black person as a criminal, because they know if they do it will be labeled as racist. So yeah, it's not racist just because the commercial doesn't favor the black guy.

The KFC commercials definitely weren't racist. I remember they featured George Hamilton bc he's notorious for having a serious tan during his acting career
Harlan Sanders declared KFC's extra crispy chicken to be the worst chicken he'd ever tasted. He also pulled no punches when he commented on the gravy on the mashed potatoes.
@carlosjacobo8592 lmao, i was being sarcastic though, sir. @@carlosjacobo8592 ehh, I was being sarcastic really, pointing out that there isn't any actual racism in any of these commercials, unless the viewer is creating the racism out of thin air based on a subtlety, such as Sanders having a tan and eating fried chicken (which is trying very hard to create a racist thought there) the last thing we need are more people creating racism out of thin air, which is racism in of it's self entirely.
