Your content is “top notch.” Your videos always make me go “Wow,” this is such “high level” “legendary” stuff. As appreciation for your content, I purchased all your courses on Chessable, and haven’t been disappointed. Thank you!
Hey Coach, just picked up your course Chess Principles Reloaded - Development, I just had to say, apart from being extremely instructive. What stands out to me is your enthusiasm when you talk about these positions, it makes it such an enjoyable watch :)
I've had a few good swindles myself. Smerdon almost put one of my games into the book after I published it on reddit, but he decided against it later. I'll buy the book asap anyway!
Hi Andras, Thanks for the review, Please make a video on Artur Yussupow's Award Winning series (build up your chess, boost your chess, and chess evolution)
Nice! It’s funny how people reference bullet like it’s alcohol! 😆 “I played a lot of bullet, which I shouldn’t have done” Wow! I will probably get this book, it’s just too fascinating!
There is another recently released book called ‘On the Origin of Good Moves’ It has a lot of good history in it, but I was wondering how good you thought it would be to read for people to improve? At first I thought it was not helping me at all, but I am a good amount into the book and I am seeing a lot of the book’s ideas appear in my games. It is kind of a strange thing, because the players don’t always play great moves, but their ideas are very interesting.
In a sense, a lost position is probably the only instance when we should play a bit of hope chess. Tricky moves give you some chance and force your opponent to refute your intentions. Sometimes, it is not easy to play such a game even though the engine would say +4, +5 for you...
