It is good to get outside the comfort zone! Very nice routine and much needed after my midday interval training 🌞 Loved the windshield wiper variation in this one too!

Really lovely stretch session...run had to be halted due to knee pain so it was good to sit down and stretch an calm down a bit
Thank you Sharlotte. Hope the knee is ok. 3 things could help:
1- check your running form is not heavy heel striking pattern.
2- strengthen muscles above and below the knee to support it.
3- make sure you aren’t doing too much too soon or increasing mileage too quickly.
This will help 😊
Nice stretching as always. I like the knee into the arch of the foot stretch, new one for me! Short steep hill run today for me! Feeling tired but well worth it!
