I like to use extra virgin olive oil (evoo) for cooking because it’s ignition point is one of the highest among common seen oil, so it’s less likely to creat toxicity while heating up. And it’s more stable to store as well (not easy to spoil) . P.S. Im thinking of making a explain video about what’s the best oil in each purpose of cooking etc. will people be interested you think? What would you like to know about cooking oil in general?
