Does this apply to bok choy’s and Korean/Chinese cabbage too?
Ive heard of people flipping their chopsticks. Using the back end of the chopsticks for raw items, then flipping them around to use the normal end for eating. I plan on making an individual (I'm the adventerous eater in the family) hot pot at home, so it's not a communal thing. ^__&
❤❤❤😊
Awesome video. Now i want o try all you showed. Thank you!
Chinese chive is my absolute favorite.
i did it thank you so mush
The only video which help me ❤i got it, feels like I'm on the right place
I agree with everything, except the claw part; and as an Asian I thank you!!! There are extremely rare times I’ll not wash rice, but it is for particular reasons; although I still have the the urge to wash it at least once depending on the dish!!
I just found your channel and I'm so happy! You explain everything so great and it makes me feel like I can make it right away! Thankss<3
Pretty sure this is the Indonesian way
I just found some green ones in my backyard on the tree and in the ground. Is that safe to eat?!
Ummmm i only know there’s black and white… green ones… I won’t even touch it tbh😅 incase it’s poisonous I feel like you just joshing with me tho😂
@ericayeahtw no, I'm serious. I googled it. It's definitely real! I would send you a picture if I could.
Boreal beard lichen, that's the name I found.
@ericayeahtw Parmotrema perlatum
please be careful. remember that theres lots of look alike mushrooms and I don't really think that these turn green. I wouldnt touch if i were you
Yes, and besides the better way to eat ramen or a stir-fry veggie and noodle dish, I understand they can also help you cook, like when we stir an egg into chopped veggies, a whisk will not do the job, but chopsticks will. Thank you for sharing Erica, Liked and greetings from Mexico. :D
Thank you so much for sharing this!
Thanks for the information
"not as hard as you think" Look I know how to use them but I don't know how to do it the "Chinese" way I feel like the Chinese way is way harder to do
Thank you. I cook Chinese too. However, no transportation. Can't get to Asian store for Gai Lan, etc.
If you wanna get garlic smell off you can rub your fingers on a stainless steel utensil!
Started with coffee stirrers eating a meal deal pasta Practicing with pencils on cubes of carrots Getting there enough to hopefully use some basic bamboo ones soon if they ever turn up in the post
My problem is the bottom one constantly slides up my ring finger and is never aligned with the top one when I move my index and middle fingers
The part that rests on my thumb web keeps wanting to slide up the side of my index finger.
I’m new here…thank you.
"are you gonna eat them tonight?" me: no im gonna go eat some now-

When you say 'Cake Flour' does it have a raising agent in it? Thank you.
Cake flour in the US just mean low gluten contain flour, the opposite of bread flour which has hight gluten. Here’s a video talking about different flour and how you use it:) Hope it helps 😊 Difference between types of flour (+How its made) ruclips.net/video/88TvJH0GIvQ/видео.html
Now I know why my soups are always cloudy! But also I always cut it super thin and just left it in and ate the seaweed, even if it wasn't the species meant to. 🤣

Fellow Taiwanese here. I am going to try 火雞油飯 this year. Thank you for making the instructions super detailed, so helpful that even novices like me have the courage to try it out. Will report back the result.
In Japan, it does matter how you hold your chopsticks. A person who doesn't use proper technique will be seen as poorly raised.
Love your recipe and your video. Excellent! Thank you for sharing your ideas and recipes. 🙏
We grew up near Chicago, and frequented restaurants in "China Town" as a treat! Learned this art as a kid in the '50's!☺
