I live somewhere in SEA and there’s motorshow here. I just saw this new Santa Fe on display, it was dope as heaven (not hell). Also, I hope you can finally test drive the new Accent. The design is so futuristic. Hyundai designs I believe are going a future higher (better than a notch).😅
I love it that it takes a lot of cues from the Land Rover Defender which is obvious already but the steering wheel really resembles the Land Rover Velar!
Love the design, except for the rear. People tease the Veloz kasi mukhang hearse vehicle, pero this took the identity to a whole new level. Siguro dahil dun sa tail lights na nasa baba that makes the whole vehicle look like it's small and low with a big lump on its back from the rear view. But then again, if it did look any better, Land Rover would probably be fuming 😂

Here are the trim’s in Canada lower trim start with the lower trim hybrid ca43-44 thousand,hybrid with trend package ca47-48 thousand,XRT ca53-54thousand gasoline,luxury 54-56thousand gasoline,then the top trim calligraphy ca56-60 thousand…exchange rate 1 Canadian to Peso 41-42…besides from Korea to the Philippines is just near whereas going to Canada takes even weeks or months to travel by sea…if you convert those figures from the dealer selling price in the Philippines it seems they overprice so much money in it!..I had been from Hyundai since Tucson,Santa Fe and now upgraded to Santa hybrid with trend package…
This one looks like a low-cost Land Rover lol. But the features are nice though-suit the current trend in the local market. It would be nice if you could make a full review of the hybrid model soon.

Minus the fact that the rear looks like a bloated beluga, overall this is a cool car to have that has some resemblance with the range rover, but far better reliability than a range rover.

Hi Caco, how is the sound inside the cabin when you are in the highway with strong winds? given the shape is very boxy.
This was addressed even in the korean reviews. Wind noise was very prominent because of the boxy design/windshield angle
