You know, for some reason, I've never thought to cross over in the lateral bear... Good job, man - there's so much in these to explore. I bet you'll find even more before long :)
Very inspiring movement and I certainly want to try. It is graceful yet so mobile and flexible. Thanks, you bring exercise to another level imaginable.
The way you move is simply beautiful Eeros! It looks effortless, but I know it isn't. Hope my mobility improves with these movement drills, at least, with the easiest variations :)
You are the best youtuber. I enjoy watching your videos with these new exercises instead of the other boring workouts Keep going man! You are the best and i am sure this channel will get bigger. Oneday, you will break the RUclips
Head id strong , and the spine/neck is also strong to withstand forces along its length. Women in Africa put big pottery full of stuff (that can weight 50 kgr) on their head and walk carefully for several hundred meters (even more than a mile) with it , because it would be impossible to carry such a load with their hands or on a backpack (even if they could buy backpacks ). So the impressive is not that he can carry his body on the head/neck for a few seconds. The impressive is the handstand walking!

Sorry for my ignorance and my poor english. But assuming that training is about otimization, whats the point of this exercises? Is it training or just movement variety?
Those movements done correctly, in time, will improve mobility. + Mobility = + Range of Motion = + Efficiency working out and maybe less injury risk ;)
What Carlos said, but these drills will also very effectively build raw strength and as a result help you gain muscle. The lizard crawl is a REAL strength builder like a heavy bench press. The main benefit of the crawl is that you aren't "stuck" in a repetitive pattern (like if you do one variation of the bench press all the time) which ensures you not only get stronger as a whole, but also prone to less injuries because there aren't any weakspots in your structure. Many of the more "acrobatic" movements will nicely work the abs and obliques among many other muscles, and also develop body control, agility, coordination and spacial awareness which are good for any sports, martial arts etc.
Not that anyone owns movement and people have been moving for 1000 of years. Like animal style gunfu from china and Capoeira animal moves from Brazil. I would say more then half these exercises are from capoeira.( as a capoeira instructor) We train these as our basis of strengthening, stretching and joint strength. Seeing as Ido was a capoeira guy I can see the connection. Of course as bruce lee says unless we have 4 arms and three legs we wont have a new style.
Here is my guide: ruclips.net/video/I4bL2gMXYt8/видео.html . I was never a gymnast/handbalancer and I learned the handstand at a later age, which is why my tips apply very well for everyone!
This is great! Thanks for sharing the link..currently checking it out. You're so right on it btw. I need to get more comfortable being upside down. Thanks for all your help!

How much do you weigh? It's impressive that you can support your body weight on your head and neck.
I weigh around 82-84 kg and I'm 180cm (5'11'')

Do you have a routine with this? or do you just do 3 minutes per day? I'd like to know your recommendations. Cheers :)
This routine alone can work, but you can do it for a bit longer. A couple of times per week is enough
Hey i have a question, what do u call those type of pants? Great vid btw! 😊

How often should u do these movements with the goal of increasing strength and mobility?
3 times per week can produce good results

Pystyykö saamaan samanlaiset lihakset vain kehonpaino treenien avulla?
Kehonpaino toimii yhtä hyvin kuin painot, kunhan liikkeet ovat tarpeeksi vaativia ja monipuolisia
