In March 2020 I became very sick for 3 months. I couldn’t leave my apartment. I had all his exercises/mediations already, loved/studied all his work, but incredible resistance to do them. Then I did them for one week mornings and evenings, and boom! I was 90% back to normal. Ever since then they are part of my daily routine and I manifested the most amazing circumstances in my life through them. I love you Dr Joe and I thank you every day. I visit you in my meditations and your heart energy is HUGE it tears me up! You even appear in my dreams. 😅 Thank you soooo much for enriching this world! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I meditated and although I went through traditional treatments and now there’s no evidence of cancer, my follow up bloodwork was amazing and almost unheard of as I went through three months of chemo which should have greatly affected my kidneys. Additionally I was vitamin d deficient for years and my vitamin d levels were perfect. I kept focusing on the world “homeostasis”
I was diagnosed with breast cancer last November, had surgery February and refused the rest of the treatment advice. Had a spontaneous heart joy opening in early June in which this energy cascaded all through my body which was exquisite and had the complete understanding that it was going to heal my foot (I had plantar fasciitis) and that I would never get cancer again. I realised the reason my plantar f happened was because I didn't get the lesson from the cancer but a few weeks later a friend told me what i'd experienced sounded awfully like Dr Joe's work and I can see it's virtually identical so i'm thrilled that this stuff is out there and advocated for. This opening never leaves once it is opened and I full of gratitude of having my heart opened to something I never would have believed possible.

I'm addicted to Dr Joe Dispenza... I recently watched his documentary Source and it made me cry... it touched me on a deep level... I know I'm going to learn so much here about how to overcome my childhood trauma.
Awesome that Dr. Joe doesn’t want to use language that could possibly turn someone off or scoot them from understanding. Also, there are other ways that we typically turn off our learning and example is I was once at a meeting where our speaker was about to speak and I heard myself say I’m not gonna listen to anything. This guy says! Well thank God I caught myself saying that so then I asked myself. Why would you say that, and my answer was because he reminds me of so-and-so! That so-and-so was an ax Boss, who was constantly trying to fire me because he thought I was too, smart and threatened! But then I told this guy not so-and-so so I’m going to listen to what he has to say! And of course it was a transformational moment. I really enjoyed his presentation and learned a lot from that experience. I actually gained a free trip to Hawaii! So pay attention to when you’re turned off by someone to, the origins of it so that you don’t lose the opportunity! What Dr. Joe is doing is awesome! I also noticed in his meditation where he uses the term space a lot. I think that is brilliant because we’re focused on a concept and not something and therefore our subconscious doesn’t dismissthings

That is definitely an answer to the mental health crisis, in my opinion, and i would love to see an episode on the benefits of community and diversity of experience along the spiritual path.
