Great video. I just bought the Wolf Griddle and I have been hesitant to use it. After watching this video, I think I made a great purchase and I am ready to start cooking.
Is peanut oil good for this?
Peanut oil will work. Any high-heat compatible oil is usually best.
@@ZackGaz I guess I’ll use canola oil, then for the griddle in the grill and peanut oil for deep frying

OMG !! The face masks totally ruined this video forever. 25 years from now, people watching this will skip it.
Thank goodness you’re here to explain to the world that the health risk management techniques of a global pandemic caused slight issues for recording videos. Firstly it was a live presentation and the engaged and laughing crowd didn’t seem to mind one bit, secondly I’ve just watched it and found it very useful. Would it have been slightly better without the mask? Sure, a little. Was it good that we all took precautions not to make Covid even worse and cause even more deaths? Yeah. Yeah it was.
They need to redo this video with out the masks. I can't understand a word they are saying. I'll look for something else. Goodbye.
