I got to drive this highway several times in my travels around Canada and the USA. My girlfriend (from Vancouver) was my guide to Squamish and through to Whistler, along with a side trip to the Garibaldi Highlands. I loved my time in Canada.

You forgot that there are many popular mountaineering objectives near Whistler and Squamish such as Mount Garibaldi, Wedge Mountain, Black Tusk and a lot of fun and beautiful hikes such as Garibaldi Lake, Wedgemount Lake, Panorama Ridge, Sea to Summit Trail.
You're going to absolutely be blown away it's a once in a lifetime experience. Unbelievably magical and breathtaking. You're going to have a blast enjoy :-)
In bc right now and considering taking this drive tomorrow! Me and my gf were deciding on visiting Vancouver island or taking the highway to Squamish and stopping at places like this :) lmk what u think

Definitely one of them. I covered the western half of the USA, and saw many great roads and scenery. I was in love with the mountains and forests.

We plan on taking to Sea to Sky Highway as part or our route to Alaska next year(providing the border is still open then) !

What's the speed enforcement like? Seems like it's a low 50mph limit.
Didn’t see much enforcement but yes that was the limit for the most part.
Don't speed or face severe penalties
My friend just rented a truck to get from Seattle to Whistler. Will we be able to make it if it snows?
