Jen, I loved the fact that the plaids were not lined up. To me, it gave it a look of a basket weave between the sides and top/bottom. Perfect for a pumpkin to be in. Love this video. Still am not brave enough to try paper piecing, but working on it .

You could use black metallic thread to sew on the jack-o-lantern. I ordered some.

I really would love to buy the kit from your former the paper piece for the Christmas tree wall hanging that was out 4 years ago. Is there any way you can bring that back?
Hi Sammy - We're happy you enjoyed that fun paper piecing project. Unfortunately, the designer retired from the industry and we're unable to obtain her patterns to bring that project back. Hope this makes sense :) -Michelle
I finally had time to work on the Oct kit and I have all the sections complete but when I started to join sections G/H and I/J but they are not lining up correctly. I have done all these paper piecing kits and love them but this is the first one that isn't lining up and I don't know how to fix this. Is there someone who can take a look at the pictures I took of these sections and let me know if they see something I have missed?
