    How do you know when you’re ready for strengthening lower back? You explained stretching, massaging and habit correction are first but when do you know to incorporate strengthening to ultimately have long term relief like you did?

      When your day to day pain is gone. I tried strengthening before solving the roots for years (via massage, stretching, and habits), and never got anywhere. If you can fix the day to day pain first, you’ll be in a great spot to build strength

    is it safe to use the ql claw on the spinal erectors/mid back

      Yes, although it will be more intense as you move it up the back. Can help to throw a towel or blanket over it if the pressure is too high

      Haven’t used them but imagine they are great for core/trunk strength and stability
