A lot of people find this scary, kinda like a back flip. However, of you know to pull guard you know how to do this. Simply pull guard then kick your leg over, after you master that you can do it more fluid like this.

You that judo have been using this technique for ages. Although is pretty rare since, on top of you to have the skill, your opponent has to have the tendency to stand up and stay with the arm on you (like the guy in the video).

It's like the new lightsaber sport. Of your opponent spins you have to let them complete it before attacking. Kinda lame rule set.
Don’t just drop your opponent onto their head or neck! In judo, the one receiving the armlock gently lowers the other fighter onto their back despite the pain. You only get one spinal cord.
