Don’t bar me from the Chanel but I have never seen the film and I have no idea why😮 I know of it and will certainly track it down just one of thos e film oddities whereby I missed it !. I do enjoy the 1/12th scale reviews and ordered 1/12th scale Mr Pegg and Mr Frost figures from Shaun of the Dead 😂 I Don’t have many figures in this scale to date MacReady from the thing being my favourite. As to this guy as I have no context to judge him on in terms of knowing the film I can only appreciate him from an aesthetics standpoint and Neca have engineered him soo cleverly and as well as they could do, with the trade offs you alluded to , I have to say it’s a real accomplishment to have him free standing as he is and the details they can get on such smaller pieces is superb🤩they really are masters in their field. Don’t worry mate you’re not barred…..yet😂🤣 I was tempted by the Neca Shaun figures myself but have to limit myself these days🫣 so went for Jack & David instead and Jessica Fletcher for shits and giggles 🤭 I was tempted by Neca’s The Thing line but decided to hold out for 1/6 scale instead…damn I love that movie!
