    I think its funny how Chris always gets what he needs nobody ever seems to tell him no or give him a hard time. If he needs something he knows a guy if that guy doesn't have it he knows a guy who knows a guy who does. Need a screener? I got one of those...need a rock crusher? I dont have one but I know who does ill get it no problem I can even get it delivered and picked up. You only need 2 days? Ill get you 4.
    When Your word is solid your work ethic is on point and you make sure to treat other peoples equipment better than your own nothing becomes impossible.

    I can only imagine how maintenance intensive that crusher must be. The constant pounding and vibrating is enough to make LokTite run and hide.

    • @ToreDL87
      @ToreDL87 3 года назад +1

      I've been looking at it for a good while now, looks like its separated in different sections so each different operation only endures its own vibration, to ensure vibrations dont go all the way through.

    I wish our roadworkers worked as hard and were as organised as Chris. My work takes me to numerous construction and roadworks sites. The difference between a high rise site and a roadworks site is stunning. We've had critical roadways out of commission for years. Drove past the roadworks in question the other day and counted over 20 heavy machinery units sitting idle. One guy was tying off concrete ties while another 20 or so were standing around in groups of two or three. Only two excavators were working. There was plenty of work could have been done simultaneously on the 5km (3 mile) long site but nothing, as usual, was happening on 95% of the site.
    Major high rises go up in a matter of months and the site is very organised, efficient and safe. No one stands around. Our roadworks sites, on the other hand, operate at a snail's pace with people and equipment standing idle more often than working. I guess it's the difference between private enterprise and publicly-funded projects.
