- More rock crushing action, new jaw liners installed on the primary crusher. More close up action of the jaw crushing, increased the video quality to 1080p as well! Road base is the main product being made off the main conveyor.

This reminds me of my time with the 46th Engineers in Fort Polk. It was more sifting the dirt than it was crushing. Love seeing this after almost 60 years.
Your drone shots are superb.
I crushed rock for a few years I would recommend closing the jaw gap and increase jaw feeder speed to let the feeder cycle on and off to keep the jaw full a full jaw crushes faster and crushes stone against stone so it's more efficient stronger vibration will separate the fines faster. That way you get wear higher on the jaw plate and reduce the demand on the secondary crusher. I hate to see a great setup under perform.
good stuff Aaron would like to learn a few things about crushing plants, if you wouldn't mind
I totally agree. We put plates over our grizzly bars and turn the feed all the way up. Every thing goes thru the jaw. Way less to the secondary.
@@Dnoltner dump the small stuff thru the grizzly bars, no use trying to crush dirt.
@@rearspeaker6364 it’s not dirt it’s fines that you need in most products. It’s rock on rock. Less contact with jaw makes it last longer.
@@Dnoltner i think i got it- running fines thru the crusher reduces wear on jaws.....
I'm a old Cedar Rapids rock crushers mechanic, music to whats left of my ears
What?? 😅
Can you send me your information i may need a mechanic in jamaica
Krásné záběry! Děkuji :)
This is awesome I like seeing rock being crushed by the crusher and seeing the output of stacks of gravel and road base material, then watching the wheel loader picking it up the material. Keep up the good work
Crushing rocks is awesome
That is a nice setup.
The new *JAWS* movie looks awesome.
ikr 😂

wicked setup
Good grief. What is tougher than a bag of hammers?? This crusher has got be the toughest thing around.
Great video. Loved it all. Who designs the bushings and bearings for these brutish monsters ?? !!! Pure Genius.
Cool stuff.
Very good jaws
Awesome job on the drone camera shots angle man, and good job on the audio as well.
Thanks for the uploads 👍😀
Thanks 👍
Mesmerizing. 👍
Great drone work and some serious kit there.
After seeing the video title i was however disappointed if only a little, i didn't see one great white shark !
Yeah me too. still, im glad i bought popcorn
ive got crusher envy!
Nice I like 💪💪
They are cool I’ve installed a few, mainly primary cone and secondary 180-260 Tph.
Iron ore in Australia.
On a scale you can’t imagine.
Dam full on gear.
please do you have an idea how someone can get one of this systems?
Me a contact information for you
Surely by closing the jaws on the primary crusher & turning the feed up a bit, you could elliminate the need for the second crusher ... watching this, the primary crusher is running inefficiently.
Another crushing drone video lol.
Have a great day.
Thanks 👍
Bellissimo video complimenti 👍👍👍👍👍
Great video guys! But 2 comments on your operation. 1st, keep your catwalks clean of rocks, mainly the one beside the cone. A good hand is worthless when they're on crutches.. 2nd. Let the feeder almost empty out sometimes so the material won't pack in. But that's me. Lol.
Thanks for the tips!
You should also reduce the feeder speed of the cone in a way that the materials fall on the center so that you can have a correct liner wear... The best thing would be to have the cone always full.
Awesome footage, what happens to the dirt when you feed it in the crusher?
Takes some parts to get your drone in that close.
What's the empty conveyor under the crusher for?
Woow 👏👏🖐️🖐️
I’m thinking that’s 25 ton per hour, but it’s just a guess.
are the larger bits 5/8s minus?
Qué bueno esté proyectó de trituración
I adore that profession , it miss me.
What is the wear and tear of the rock crusher?
The conveyer belt could get cut up but if you only crush rock instead of a recyled debris you have a longer lifetime.
Judging from the setup they would only have a little wear and tear
Good setup for crushing rock becuase all of it ends up in fine material
Choke the cone more ,nice gear tho
screen product before u put into jaw dont need to crush dust
Did you use hammers to crush the stone?
Taken an easy. 🤙👍👌
Awesome footage, what industry use crushed rock and how often do you have loads going out??
most are going to concrete-roads-railroads-building foundations, and so on.
basically anywhere you need a filler that dont contains DIRT.

Definitely speed up the feeder

My boss would be turning in his grave, i've never seen a jaw so empty lol no wonder they are new. Get rid of that chieftain buddy. Rock-on
and what's better than a chieftain??
Don't forget (like me) to hit the thumbs up everyone.
What size screens are you running and where you at?
3/4" rock is the final product, not sure exactly sure which size screens they have in there at the moment, but I will find out. We are in Nevada.
There’s only dust going through it ,should last forever
❤❤❤❤❤
what is the material being crushed? Looks like a type of basalt?
Granite
Why do you have dark dirt also and grayish dirt? Does that determine the color of the gravel’ material??
Its just the color of the native materials, some of it also might be sprayed with water and has a more wet/dark look to it. It does give our finished material a grayish/blue color. Usually after the rock has been washed by the rains it turns a more blueish color.
Where does the sand go
How come you don't you check that for gold.
What controls the size of the end product produced? How do you set that up? Same process to produce railroad ballast rock?
Final product is determined by the screen sizes used in the power screen, which is the last machine the product flows through before going into the stockpile.
And the screens are also a pain in the ass to replace when they get a hole in them. -the guy that has to climb into screens when they get holes in them.

Be careful, my good sir, for that sounds like the stuff industrial accidents are made off ...
--- from a person whom used to climb inside a Lancashire Boiler, in order to descale the outside of the flue tubes ...
@@nigelft oh 100%. I forgot to mention that we always use lock out tag out. But if one of the screens were to turn on it would just aggressively shake you and soak you with water. There isn’t really any moving parts. But it would still be a huge deal.
@@loganabbas4243 screen changing-tuning is a very dirty job!!
Why is it acceptable to dump the graded product in the dirt?
Whàt cost is it
Hello joe any idea where and how i can buy this stone crusher
not sure, try searching for the Powerscreen dealer in your area.
I once was told that the only truly stupid questions is the one's you never ask ...
So here goes with that stupid question ...
Could the same process, of using multiple crushers/screeners, including an added stage of magnetic separation, be (theoretically ...) used for blast furnace slag ...
Just wondering, because ... well, reasons that may involve IP, and, potentially, an NDA as well ... so can only talk in 'hypotheticals' ... CoughBSCough ...
I need the video how to oparete it
What size loader? How many tons per hour?
966M loader, I want to say around 300tph. The Jaw specs at 400tph but I don't think they are running anywhere near that.
@@JoeRockYT thank you for replying
Not a lot of crushing going on…. Poor separation.
Can you kept the video recording more than the jaw!!!
Joe, I am working on creating a safety video on cement burn and silicosis and possibly tie in a Biblical message to it, would I have permission to use a piece or multiple pieces of any of your RUclips channel's videos showing recycled concrete to illustrate more fully to my audience what recycled concrete is?
Sure you can use it for your video, send me a link to the finished product if possible. I'm always curious on learning about those hazards.
I need one job sir
More feed for grizzly. Too slow
