@4:45 That clay/silt filter reset was impressive. Every thing there is first rate. Wow, very efficient setup. Like an aggregate vending machine for haulers.
Hi Jaime, could you please email info@cdegroup.com with more information on your requirements including the project location, feed material, tonnage requirements and what you're looking to produce and this will allow us to give you a better idea of investment. Thanks, CDE
Can anyone please answer me if it's more efficient to load the crusher @ 0:42 with a front-ended loader rather than an excavator because the crusher is at an angle. Thanks.
Our washing equipment can be fed in whatever way the customer requires, from excavators to dump trucks. So depending on the customer's requirements, the feed process will be designed to maximise efficiency for the customer. Hope this helps.

The grislery bars are set an angle to help sort the oversize cobbles. But can be loaded form above and against the bars.

late to the comments, but anyone know why there are cones at the top of the piles of sand? is the sand drawn from beneath onto conveyers?
Yes, that's what happened with the one truck that backed in. I wondered the same thing.
@@jimsvideos7201 thx - i just re-watched - i missed some parts first time through, especially that belt in the tunnel rising up. Good catch.

What the reason for the railcars having the additional sets of wheels underneath?
When you look at it the lower set of wheels is because its on a tram subframe, yet the soil carrier look Like there on a standard size line?
The railway is in meter gauge, a standard in the mountains in Swiss. The Cars on top are regular gauge (1435mm).
