And because at that time things like hospitals were almost non existent in rural areas, so my dad, his brother and my grandfather all got into their 1970s model Corolla and drove for about 24hrs to the capital. it ran like a beauty, and the best part: the fuel for the trip only cost $0.34! and unfortunately that corolla has been sold BUT since before i was born my dad asked to take the 1986 corolla DX-saloon that was recently imported from Japan and bought by my uncle (this was around 2000-2001) and we still have that corolla today.
