  • Ever wish life could just be EASY...but think it can’t be?
    When you are OVERWHELMED, it changes the way your brain works so you
    -always have more to do…
    -have to keep going and going...
    -live in chaos all the time...
    -never have enough time, money, energy…
    And
    -cannot see solutions that are right there!
    In this video, I shared how to GET OUT OF OVERWHELM and begin operating in Ease.
    This was one of the most important and freeing lessons I learned, that helped me receive SOOO much more from life!
    When we’re ready to let go of our conclusions and beliefs about how life works and what’s required, we let in so much more possiblity!
    If you’re ready to let go of overwhelm, tune in and watch!
    You do not need to operate that way anymore.
    Life will continue to reflect your overwhelm, until YOU buy out of it!

    You NAILED IT AGAIN! 1. I was that very sensitive, creative child whose parents were filled with anxiety, shame, guilt, remorse, regret. I see it better now. I just took it on. My father was a powerfully negative feeler. I took it on. 2. STATE OF BEING CREATES MY WORLD. I can run frantic and panic though all my "creative effort" and come up with a full net of CHAOS. 3. The personality structure that I think I am is programmed with what I took on and I made it my own.
    I came to this video with active terror, anxiety, self loathing etc.(intensely). I TAPPED though the entire video! It RELEASED THIS CHARGE! I'm sitting here an though I feel "background noise" I'm basically calm.
    It's miraculous! I have suffered SO long thinking that this anxiety, fear WAS WHAT I AM, rather than just a program, a mental virus. I feel so much GRATITUDE! Thank you Dr. Kim! PS It's dawning on me that the little "me" is not the one who "makes things happen".

    I'm the complete opposite of busy I sleep alot and I'm still tired. Still broke. Everytime time there is a masd shooting I feel shiiagain.

    Thank you for yor wonderful videos! I've been following your channnel for a week now and your words have helped me a lot, but I feel that I hit a wall when I try to breathe and connect with the neutral state because I'm like numb, most of the time I can't identify any feeling and I just don't know if what I'm doing is connecting with the neutral state or just putting more resistance?

      Just allow yourself to be open to whatever is coming up. No need to identify the feeling. The body knows what to do. Just keep breathing and just allow.

    I was tapping and I feel like I gave myself a panic attack. How do I get rid of that?

      That is your body allowing what you are holding onto to come to the surface. Let yourself feel into that and breathe through it. You are releasing.
