No. Cave died before he would be able to transfer his mind into a computer, and he wanted Caroline to take his place. She went crazy, and flooded the facility with neurotoxin. Only one person survived. Rattmann. She began testing, and Rattmann moved Chell to the top of the testing list, in hopes of defeating GLaDOS. She succeeded, but when Rattmann saw her being dragged back in, he felt guilty, so he hooked Chell up to the reserve power to save her. Then when she wakes up after that reserve power runs out, Portal 2 begins.
Damn, must admit I missed most of these, caught maybe 4 or 5. The one that surprised me the most was Chell's drawing though. The theory that she could be Cave Johnson's child would also mean she is probably Caroline's child. Which by extension would mean that GLaDOS is technically her mother... All those parents abandoned you jokes became a lot less funny when I think of that possibility. If you think it further it would also mean she'd been in this facility from the time she was born, which seems fairly likely if you think about it, it's not like she's old, but she is an adult already, meaning she'd have spent at least 2 decades in there a lot of which most likely spent on tests. This could mean that all these little drawings we find throughout the game were probably made by none other than herself. I always thought it was supposed to be made by some other test subjects, but it was made clear in this game that finding test subjects was already very hard for Cave Johnson what must have been a fairly long time ago. And how many test subjects would have a penchant for drawing on walls, and the same art style? I also noticed on my last playthrough that Cave Johnson ordered his scientists to turn Caroline into an AI no matter what, even if she refuses they were to just force her to do it. Don't remember the exact quote, but that got me thinking, GLaDOS might have been created against her will. That would certainly fuck someone up wouldn't it? And coincidentally... Explain a lot, like why she just killed all the scientists.

i love how the different turret foreshadows Cave Johnson's lines i never noticed it before replaying the game recently
On the companion cube level and the first redirection cube level, the "peeking wheatley" can be grabbed from the walls and brought into the level with you but doesn't actually do anything.

For the radio, it is activated by putting the disk near or on the radio. Also, the turret says more. You can wait until it says "That's all I can say".

The radio found on that level has scrambled audio with a picture of a companion cube on the moon, possibly foreshadowing the ending amongst other things. That’s my favourite level in the game because of GLaDOS’ dialogue, the gameplay, the music, and that little secret.

People already solved the radio thing, years ago. When it was added.
It's an SSTV (Slow Scan Television) signal. Essentially a very low resolution analog JPEG sent via soundwaves. Used for transmitting images via low-bandwidth radio.

Since its not meant to happen, he doesn't have any voice lines or actions, but you're able to bring him all the way to the lift at the end if you wanted lol. I'm not sure if this works for his other peeking spots, but i think as long as you're able to grab him you can take him with you?

6:18 Secret is this is old NASA coding sequence for imaging. In the old days moon photos send by a sound frequency so in the Earth could hear it and decompile as image so we can see nice pictures of moon from surface. Use a special sound sequencer to decompile image.

The radio sound at 6:19 is an SSTV transmit. I couldn't get an effective picture off of it from this video because the header was obscured by GLaDOS talking.
