I can't sleep at night, after the news, I am already suffering from one harassment, which happened a month ago, I went to the hostel after a holiday, It was 6:30pm and I was walking a 2min long road, bus stand to hostel.A middle age man who was on his bike, did not look at me, he just grab one of my breast and driven away. I was shattered, I had nothing at that time. My voice my sense was gone. Then after 5min I reached my hostel room.I was shivering with anger and told the whole thing to the hosteler. But guess what, the lady told me," don't tell this to your parents, and why you come in the evening, and we will see this. I demanded for the cctv footage along the road side, but they did n't show me anything.They didn't do anything for me. I told my mother,and she told me -"not to stay in the hostel, come home, here you're safe ". I crave to do it for myself but everybody told me to move on and go forward. But that hand remained on me. I can't sleep. And then this incident just broke me. We fade up, totally fade up, again and again starting from the zero.
I am sorry that these happened to you too but remember you are not alone every women has definitely faced atleast one such incident in her life , I know it is difficult for you to forget that but whenever it comes to ur mind just tell it was that bullshit's fault not yours and if you ever find him again you would definitely take him to the police,the next time you face any such thing just go with your instantaneous reaction if it's a slap then also because it is sometimes better not to give a second thought to some of our reactions.

With accused Sanjay Roy, 4 intern committed gangreap; 1 intern is son of TMC MLA Nirmal Majhi part of secs n drags racket in the hospital. Other accused are Dr. Golam Azam and Dr. Arshean Alam, Dr. Subhadip Sinha Mahapatra & Dr. Shahbaz Khan. They are all part of the TMC chatro union. Most of the doctor fraternity knows the truth.

I live in Indore, my dad had brain cancer. We took him to a government hospital which is the largest in the state and only two of them are there in the state. There we have only 2 ventilator beds. ONLY 2! for millions and millions of people, there are only 2 ventilators in the freakin City. Such a shame.
@Clarityinlife335 minimum 50 to stop people dying from lack of ventilators. 500 to avoid normal patients going into critical units due to lack of it and 5 thousand to give half decent Healthcare to poor people in the entire state.

I was been molested 8 years back. I was 22. It gets very crowded at kurla station during peak hours. I was crossing from central side to harbour side. There is a bridge for that. It was very crowded on the stairs of that bridge. One could hardly breathe. I felt a man caressing one of my breasts. I couldn't even move it was so crowded. I removed his hand forcefully. He came back with greater force. I was a stupid young woman back then, I couldn't even scream, ask 100s of people who were on those stairs to help me. I was just crying quietly, hoping that I the crowd would quickly move and it would end. It was 8 years back, and today I hope I am a different person, who can raise her voice. But kurla station still scares me.

Horrors faced by a female , lemme tell you , currently im 18 yrs old and this is my story 1. Back in class 3 , summer vacation i went to my home town to meet my cousins and enjoy my holidays and for returning we boarded a train which we always did , and while the train was parked on the station i grabbed my window seat , and was enjoying me view of station where shops were present , stall vendors selling guava and i was enjoying as i was going back to my friends and go to school. Then my eyes went to a man sitting near a pillar in such a way that both of his legs were up , cant explain but in a position where i couldn't see his waist or stomach , what i could see was just a head which was staring me and smiling and his legs up and his one hand shaking . As a child i didnt knew what he was doing but he had a constant smile and that smile was scaring the shit out of me. I ignored him because i thought he is scarry , i used call scary people as bhoot , so as a bhoot i ignored him and looked away , as train started idk why but again i turned my head and saw that man approaching to my seat and one hand inside the jeans and one hand in a action of calling , like he was calling me . I didn't knew what was happening but understood ki vo bhoot uncle the. THIS IS JUST 1 OUTBOF 4 THINGS THAT HAPPENED TO ME ALL THE INSTANCÈS OCCURED WHEN I WAS UNDER 18 I DONT what MORE I HAVE TO SEE IN THIS COUNTRY FORTUNATELY I AM MORE AWARED AS TO HOW TO REACT TO THESE SITUATIONS NOW .

I need to share this... I am a 22-year-old girl from Varanasi. Seeing this incident, lots of things are triggering me and coming to my mind what has happened to me in different instances and what might have happened if I had been a little less aware. I was at a mobile repair shop and my face covered with helmet with my sister at a distance, both laughing and discussing stuffs waiting for my mobile to get repaired and a man comes behind us and starts talking very loudly and laughing and saying haa haa aa rha hu, bss pahauch rha hu and showing that he is in a hurry, we did not care and I was still not conscious of him, his talks are also just in my subconscious and it took 30mins for the mobile to get repaired yet he was at the same spot showing he is in a hurry. Then as soon as I and my sister sit on my scooty he literally tries to sit on it and thrashes us and demands me to take to a place saying its his job interview... like literally at 6pm and he says any colony name means its not on the roadside and all this is happening at the main sigra chauraha. I got all senti ki bande ko help chahiye bechara and my sister being younger one and yet having this much mind ki he can take an auto or a rickshaw why thrashing us to take him and even without permission trying to sit on a scooty where already 2 girls are sitting. She literraly shouted at him and abused him, but he turned out to be real psychopath and not ready to leave and the worst part was nobody cared. I literally had to run the scooty at 60 km/h to get rid of him. Now when I think of it I realize that shiv ji was with us otherwise if my sister was not with me I would have definitely given him that lift considering him helpless. I was saved that day, I just get goosebumps. But, obviously I am a girl and that too in India not that lucky place to be- I have one more incident to tell, which still haunts me and especially when i hear such news. It's about when i was in my 4th standard maybe 9 years old and we used to live in a rented apartment and I used to go to the owners house because Aunty used to make all tasty dishes, Ice creams and chocolates at home, extremely good and his husband was generally at work. One day I went there and he was at home and Aunty went down in the temple and uncle first came to me in a playful manner and then grabbed my breast extremely tight I tried to get rid off him but he did not. After sometime aunty came and I did not know what he did, why he did I just felt extremely in pain. I did not tell this to anyone and stopped going at his place but out of nowhere after a month or so I asked my parents what happens when you grab this pointing out to my breast and they were shocked why am I asking this and told that uncle did it and they were totally blanked, did not say anything. Now I realize it , it was an act that still tortures my mind, my soul. He was a man who used to pray everyday, had a temple of krishna inside his house and het he gave a 9 year old kid a trauma of lifetime. Through this I just wanna tell you girls that it is a sad reality of today which we have to face, but what is important is to not loose our feminine side be Gauri, but also be ready to be a Durga and MahaKali wherever required.

I can't sleep at night, after the news, I am already suffering from one harassment, which happened a month ago, I went to the hostel after a holiday, It was 6:30pm and I was walking a 2min long road, bus stand to hostel.A middle age man who was on his bike, did not look at me, he just grab one of my breast and driven away. I was shattered, I had nothing at that time. My voice my sense was gone. Then after 5min I reached my hostel room.I was shivering with anger and told the whole thing to the hosteler. But guess what, the lady told me," don't tell this to your parents, and why you come in the evening, and we will see this. I demanded for the cctv footage along the road side, but they did n't show me anything.They didn't do anything for me. I told my mother,and she told me -"not to stay in the hostel, come home, here you're safe ". I crave to do it for myself but everybody told me to move on and go forward. But that hand remained on me. I can't sleep. And then this incident just broke me.

But kurla station still scares me.

Then my eyes went to a man sitting near a pillar in such a way that both of his legs were up , cant explain but in a position where i couldn't see his waist or stomach , what i could see was just a head which was staring me and smiling and his legs up and his one hand shaking . As a child i didnt knew what he was doing but he had a constant smile and that smile was scaring the shit out of me. I ignored him because i thought he is scarry , i used call scary people as bhoot , so as a bhoot i ignored him and looked away , as train started idk why but again i turned my head and saw that man approaching to my seat and one hand inside the jeans and one hand in a action of calling , like he was calling me . I need to share this... I am a 22-year-old girl from Varanasi. Seeing this incident, lots of things are triggering me and coming to my mind what has happened to me in different instances and what might have happened if I had been a little less aware.
I was at a mobile repair shop and my face covered with helmet with my sister at a distance, both laughing and discussing stuffs waiting for my mobile to get repaired and a man comes behind us and starts talking very loudly and laughing and saying haa haa aa rha hu, bss pahauch rha hu and showing that he is in a hurry, we did not care and I was still not conscious of him, his talks are also just in my subconscious and it took 30mins for the mobile to get repaired yet he was at the same spot showing he is in a hurry. Then as soon as I and my sister sit on my scooty he literally tries to sit on it and thrashes us and demands me to take to a place saying its his job interview... like literally at 6pm and he says any colony name means its not on the roadside and all this is happening at the main sigra chauraha. I got all senti ki bande ko help chahiye bechara and my sister being younger one and yet having this much mind ki he can take an auto or a rickshaw why thrashing us to take him and even without permission trying to sit on a scooty where already 2 girls are sitting. She literraly shouted at him and abused him, but he turned out to be real psychopath and not ready to leave and the worst part was nobody cared. I literally had to run the scooty at 60 km/h to get rid of him. Now when I think of it I realize that shiv ji was with us otherwise if my sister was not with me I would have definitely given him that lift considering him helpless. I was saved that day, I just get goosebumps.
But, obviously I am a girl and that too in India not that lucky place to be- I have one more incident to tell, which still haunts me and especially when i hear such news.
It's about when i was in my 4th standard maybe 9 years old and we used to live in a rented apartment and I used to go to the owners house because Aunty used to make all tasty dishes, Ice creams and chocolates at home, extremely good and his husband was generally at work. One day I went there and he was at home and Aunty went down in the temple and uncle first came to me in a playful manner and then grabbed my breast extremely tight I tried to get rid off him but he did not. After sometime aunty came and I did not know what he did, why he did I just felt extremely in pain.
I did not tell this to anyone and stopped going at his place but out of nowhere after a month or so I asked my parents what happens when you grab this pointing out to my breast and they were shocked why am I asking this and told that uncle did it and they were totally blanked, did not say anything. Now I realize it , it was an act that still tortures my mind, my soul. He was a man who used to pray everyday, had a temple of krishna inside his house and het he gave a 9 year old kid a trauma of lifetime.
Through this I just wanna tell you girls that it is a sad reality of today which we have to face, but what is important is to not loose our feminine side be Gauri, but also be ready to be a Durga and MahaKali wherever required.
I feel sorry for you sister as a man i feel ashamed that these things are going on which are unreported but don’t loose belief in everyone we’ll try to make society a better place
