2:35 for anyone wondering the way bullet time works is that it registers where you are aiming at the start of the move as a given point, then it aims multiple skillshots that use that one point as a reference, if your champions position moves without interupting the cast it will still use the original point to aim. That is atleast my understanding of how it works after some tests, if anyone else can give additional information or correct my information feel free to reply.

No matter what your thoughts on Akshan, can we all agree that being able to E, go swinging, pop zhonya's, keep swinging whilst doing damage and being untargetable is just stupid AF. It should end the grapple the second the stasis starts. And think of the escapability! Get into trouble start your swing, go into stasis as you swing around a corner getting you out of vision, the second stasis is over go invis. Literally no counter-play.

Wild rift akshans E is so much worse. It has less range and it stops whenever you bump into literally any terrain. Here it just looks like ur hook length adjusts when you touch terrain
