@somericesomechicken yes definitely. I’ve noticed with a lot of clients that their sympathetic nervous system is always active, leading to symptoms like anxiety, increased itchiness, and poor sleep. This needs to be fixed for healing to happen!
I found out I have H Pylori and hesitant to take the medication due to the antibiotics. Been trying to see if H Pylori is also a root cause of eczema. Have you heard if those two are a link?
Yes! Studies have actually shown that high H. pylori can lead to eczema! I definitely recommend trying to eradicate the H. pylori and then replenish your gut with gut bacteria through a good probiotic!

You said that taking probiotics might be worth it even if you don't know if you have a leaky gut. Is there any side effect of taking probiotics supplements? Every time if get stressed my eczema fleaks up
And wvey time my eczema appears i automatically become stressed out 😞

Agreed! Even though my skin is clear, if I eat too much sugar it will cause my skin to react.
