Monkey Majik! Yeah, I remember being impressed with their unique style of music especially when they played with the legendary Yoshida Bros. It was years ago. Are they still active? Happy New Year from NZ
@@magisensei8502 : As usual, I was watching Al Jazeera English and just learned that a severe quake hit JPN. This time on the other side of Honshu. 7.6 is mighty strong. The anticipated tsunami was not very bad as per report. Then again, just like Fukushima, there’s a nuke power station in the area (the Noto Peninsula). So, it could have been a repeat of the nightmare. As is often pointed out, quake-prone areas and nuke power stations are a bad mix. I also read an article by Al Jazeera and was shocked to see the still pics attached, which show the quake damages are quite severe and extensive like cracked roads.
@@magisensei8502: Thanks for your reply. I’m glad to know they are still active. Living far from JPN (28 yrs), I’m not well informed or aware of the music scene in JPN. It was only about a year ago that I came to know and got kind of hooked by another unique Japanese band : Wagakki Band! What an amazing band! I didn’t know they even existed for many yrs. Well, I still got RUclips, and my fave music is blues/jazz and world music, so I’m not gonna start whining. Ah~, it’s well past midnight here in NZ. The 1st day of the new year has already gone. Don’t worry. I’m not gonna start whining about it. Kia Ora from NZ
@@jimtakahashi4638 Yes, we felt it quite strongly here, and it was extremely long, and so until we figure out where the epi center is it’s quite shocking and scary, But cause it was New Year’s Day and most people are at home with the TV turned on, I believe people were able to evacuate. Let’s hope for the best.
@@magisensei8502 : _ Where do you live? I saw an interview to a Kiwi living in Tokyo, saying he felt quite a jolt even though the epicentre is more than 500 km away. Yeah, he also said it lasted quite long. Sadly, a few people lost their lives, some their properties. _ Tell me about it! I experienced the Kobe earthquake in 1995. At that time I was staying at a high-rise hotel in Hiroshima and felt a very strong tremor. What’s worse, I experienced 2 quakes (2010/2011) here in Christchurch, which reminded me of the ominous fact about the ring of fire. How come the Ocean is called the Pacific?!! As far as I know, it hasn’t affected the nuke power station. That helps. Anyway, stay safe and keep posting many more interesting vids. Cheers!
Tell me if you aren’t a fan of MONKEY MAJIK, not too late”のように解釈できるようです。

Happy New Year to you, too.
Yes, I think they are.

(What time is it now)
Dir und deiner Familie alles Gute, Gesundheit und Erfolg, ganz liebe Grüße
This song is funny 😆
