    I think the Tucson and Sportage Hybrids are the best buys in the mid-size SUV class.

    Prices are nutz! My 2020 2.0t Limited was just under 40k. Now 42k for a Tucson 51k for a fully loaded Santa Fe.

      You do get a bit more feature this year around and the Santa Fe fully loaded is a lot more premium than the last gen Santa Fe.

    Coming out of a 4xe wrangler lease in spring.. Ready to go ev vs phev.. Drive some others i5 Def tops list.. So planning order one in couple weeks or few.. To try align delivery to a couple months ahead of lease end... Can't wait. Jeep was a bucket list lease, fun car, but, since I'm not an off roader, lot of things didn't like.. Lost drive, loud drive, crap mileage when not in e mode.. Anyway.. Looking forward to it.. Hopefully the pricing holds up into 2025,and this jeep has a little equity(might be pipe dream)...

    This car seems perfect, but I'm worried about how low those rear turn signals are and they aren't even LED. Do you think that's an issue?

    • @leonaceOfficial
      @leonaceOfficial 4 месяца назад +2

      I worry about that too but this is their rear turn signal design since Tucson 2022 redesigned

    • @tapper701
      @tapper701 3 месяца назад +2

      Also do not like how low the rear turn signals are. 2025 model rear turn signals are a little lower still. I have a 2024 Tucson Limited & very much like it. Hyundai/Kia had other models with rear low turn signals & have moved some of them up into the regular taillight assembly. Should do the same with the Tucson.

      @@tapper701 any issues with you Tucson rear signal placement from any drivers? I will say if they can’t see your rear signals they’re following you too closely

      @@leonaceOfficial Agree as to being to close. Could refine taillights by moving turn signal up into same area.

    • @phillipfernandez1620
      @phillipfernandez1620 3 месяца назад +4

      I've seen a few SUVs with their turn signals in the lower area and didn't have any issues seeing if they wanted to turn or change lanes.
      If you can't see it then you're following too closely and/or you didnt set up your seat properly, making you barely able to see over the hood of your car.

    Very good review! It’s on the list…only head scratcher is the fingerprint sensor…seems unnecessary…who’s worried about someone stealing their driver profile? And, you need your key to get into the car to begin, so why use the fingerprint to start the car…Unless they are testing it for some future use, seems useless at this point…interested how this compares to the Sportage, its sister vehicle…I’ve driven that…

    • @CarsMadeSimple
      @CarsMadeSimple  2 месяца назад

      I think the idea is you would use your smartphone or smart watch to open the vehicle and then use the same device to be able to start the vehicle. The fingerprint is a way to quickly change profiles and supposedly also allows you to start the car by itself but I have never tested it fully.

    • @petegalindez9961
