Haters Guide to the 2017 Season:
Week 1 (pre game): Prepare to get swept by the Skins like you always do
Week 1 (post game): You finally broke the streak, but the refs helped you out.
Week 2 (pre game): Chiefs are the better team and Andy Reid knows everything about Doug Pederson. Prepare for an ass-whoopin'.
Week 2 (post game): What did we tell you? The student can't beat the master.
Week 3 (pre game): You guys can't cover OBJ, watch him light up your secondary.
Week 3 (post game): Lucky kick.
Week 4 (pre game): You guys barely beat the winless Giants and now you're just gonna struggle against another winless team.
Week 4 (post game): See how close that game was? You guys barely won and your fans flooded their stadium. Prepare to get exposed against Arizona who owns you guys next week.
Week 5 (pre game): Cardinals own you guys. Eagles gonna lose by 3 TDs at least.
Week 5 (post game): Cardinals are old and banged up. If they had David Johnson they would have destroyed you.
Week 6 (pre game): Carolina has one of the best defenses in the NFL and you guys lost Lane Johnson for the game. Carson will be on his ass all night, just watch!
Week 6 (post game): Eagles were just lucky Cam had an off night and the Panthers lost Keuchly to his millionth concussion. Don't get cocky.
Week 7 (pre game): Skins are coming for revenge. You guys will split this year.
Week 7 (post game): Congrats on sweeping the Skins, but relax, they're the Skins.
Week 8 (pre game): It's the 49ers. We're all gonna laugh if you somehow lose this game.
Week 8 (post game): What did you expect? It's the 49ers. Whoop-de-fucking-doo. Denver's defense will expose you guys next week.
Week 9 (pre game): Carson Wentz hasn't played a defense like Denver yet. Watch as he throws 3 or 4 picks.
Week 9 (post game): Shut up, Eagles, you played Brock Fucking Osweiler! A high school defense could beat him. Ya'll still trash, and the Cowboys will prove it.
    Week 10: Bye Week
Week 11 (pre game): Dak will show you all he's the superior talent once and for all this game.
Week 11 (post game): Dak didn't have Zeke or Smith and the defense didn't have Sean Lee. (We're just gonna quietly ignore all the talent the Eagles are missing at this point).
Week 12 (pre game): The Bears suck. You guys will probably win.
Week 12 (post game): Yup. It's the Bears. What do you guys want? A cookie?
Week 13 (pre game): The Seahawks are a real team in an unforgiving stadium. You guys about to get exposed.
Week 13 (post game): HAHA! EXPOSED!!!
Week 14 (pre game): The Rams are even tougher than the Seahawks, and they destroyed you! Goff and Gurley gonna murder your trash defense.
Week 14 (post game): You guys may have won the battle, BUT YOU'RE GONNA LOSE THE WAR!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Have fun losing the first round of the playoffs without Wentz!
Week 15 (pre game): Nick Foles had one lucky year way back. Don't expect much.
Week 15 (post game): Your defense let the Giants put up how many points!? You guys may have won, but WOW! Trash!
Week 16 (pre game): If your defense plays like they did last week, the Raiders will win.
Week 16 (post game): WOW! FOLES IS TRASH!!! How did you even win that game with your QB sucking so bad! You have no hope in the playoffs!
Week 17 (pre game): The Cowboys are coming to expose your trash QB.
Week 17 (post game): HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!!!
Divisional round (pre game): Only 1 bird is coming out of this one alive, and it's the Falcons. Your season is officially over.
Divisional round (post game): You guys keep lucking out, but luck can only take you so far. Next week it's over.
Championship game (pre game): The Vikings defense is the best defense you guys have faced and you don't even have Wentz. Lol. Expect a shutout.
Championship game (post game): That game made no sense at all. Case Keenum is so trash. Y'all ain't winning no ring against the G.O.A.T. WATCH!!!
Super Bowl (pre game): Tom Brady is getting his 6th ring, and Philly will stay ringless forever!
    Super Bowl (post game): .....(crickets).....

No matter what you think about Wentz now, we don't win the superbowl without him. His superhero performance made the entire team believe that they could win the whole thing. It's not a coincidence that everybody on the team played their career best on that same year.

Wow. There is no way to overstate just how much this means. To ALL OF US. It's over 2 months ago, and I still start getting tears in my eyes. I don't think that will ever go away....and I don't want it to. The Eagles are part of our families. Our heritage. Who we are. This amazing team, with more heart & character than any other, have changed so many lives forever. I was at both home playoff games, & I was at the parade. Total strangers hugging & crying, too overwhelmed with joy to even try to hold it together. Like nothing I've ever seen. I can't find words that do justice to how much this means, but I'm tearing up just typing this. To every member of the Eagles organization, every coach, & definitely every player, with every ounce of my being - THANK YOU.
Now and forever.....PHILADELPHIA EAGLES - SUPER BOWL LII CHAMPIONS.

non-arguably. Y’all beat THE best QB of all time. And y’all deserve all the respect of this Wrld for doing so. Im a 9ers fan, my Mom loves the Eagles. But this season was beautiful, from start to finish. Always come back to this video at least every year because no matter which team you support, this was just beautiful football, a beautiful story and a wonderful videographic portrait of what you guys achieved in 2017. Y’all Eagles keep on flying and make sure Hurts keeps on going for a long time, man‘s a national treasure and nobody wants to see him end like Wentz or so. Keep your heads up, again even as a niner fan that call last week was really really questionable and I wish we could’ve seen what would’ve happened had y’all had those ca. 1,5 mins. to run it all back one more time. But if you guys can keep that core and keep it healthy, were gonna see a lot more matchups between my niners and you guys with high chances on either side to win it all ❤️💛 - 🦅💚 got nothing but love for most of y’all! fly y’all eagles, fly.

Welcome! Even though I was born and lived in Germany for years I am a life long eagles fan. My brother made me fall in love with them as early as I can remember. I’m sure by now since it’s 2 years later your well aware that this Super Bowl being the first game you watched set the bar WAY too high. This was the greatest game in general in NFL history never mind SUPERBOWL history. Most games are nowhere near this quality. Even the best superbowls are usually boring for 50% of them. This eagles team was something like a Cinderella story and something not even a movie writer would have thought possible. Pure magic.

As a Philadelphian, I remember the days that the running joke was if you get caught speeding Philadelphia PD would give you a ticket to the Eagles games. Those were the early 90s. I grew up going to the Vet (as did my father), my grandfather went to Franklin Field in his earlier days. Every Sunday and Monday morning was Eagles talk. Moved from my city back in 2000 and wore my Eagles jerseys in the various states that I've lived in (Skins territory and Giants territory were some of them). Went to Jacksonville for Super Bowl 39 and have dealt with the heartbreak firsthand. Been to at every stadium on the east coast, south and midwest in my lifetime to hear the jeers of "No Super Bowl". This season was special....from the NFL Draft to the Super Bowl parade. I flew to my city for all 3 of the events (NFL Draft, Super Bowl, and parade). I've never seen the city happier. My children are so spoiled to have witnessed a Championship at such a young age. It took 30+ years for me. lol. Every diehard fan can relate to the feeling of pure joy (and sheer terror) that I felt those final 9 secs of the game. I immediately thought of those days being a kid watching Randall with my grandfather and the tears flew (especially when my father and son called me). As a Philadelphian, it's generational and it's a part of our culture. Go Eagles!!! Thanks for bringing one to the city.

Early 90s Eagles were beasts, and should have won at least 1 SB. Fire Buddy Ryan, defensive matser for RICH KOTITE? Fire Kotite and get a real offensive Coordinator. I mean, pick from THE JETS? Pick a teams OC that wins every year, The Giants, you get their secrets, the Niners, Jeez, the Jets? Yeah they had a few good years, but they didnt even take a Bills caliber coach. The Jets. JEEZ. Buddy picked his defense, they should have let him handle the D, and get an OC to handle most of the OFF. And teams intentionally dove at Randalls knees. I watch them games all the time. Watch "Randall unningham, A Football Life" a lot of beans get spilled. I now believe he wasnt eady, HE WAS READY, when he came back from retirement, he realized get the ball to his weapons, not arry the team like a high school or college QB. Check it out!

I remember crying when they lost to the Patriots in 2004. I was wearing my Eagles NFC Champions sweatshirt and I was up way past my bed time. Even though I grew up in New York, I was always a die hard Eagles fan, and every kid in my 5th grade class knew it. I remember running upstairs to my room after McNabb was picked off in the fourth quarter to seal the game. I knew how my friends were gonna be relentless the next day in teasing me for being an Eagles fan. So many heartbreaks between then and now, but that never stopped me from getting my hopes up. Two months later and watching this video still makes me feel something special. It's wonderful what the sports community can do for the human spirit. I never forgot that feeling of defeat when they lost. But I'll also never forget sprinting out of the bar and screaming at the top of my lungs after the Eagles won their first Super Bowl.

I cried as a 10 year old when the Iggles lost in New Orleans and cried again at 34 when the Birds lost to NE. We finally got to cry happy tears! Been some hard times bleeding green and I would think it's harder living in a place you have no business rooting for Philadelphia lol. You're tough like us! And I believe Mr. Lurie & Howie are building us a dynasty. Take care and GO BIRDS 💚🦅🏈

To be fair half the wins during that streak came against teams with a combined 1-18 record lol aside from Carolina the best team was 3-4. The rest were 0-2, 0-4, 1-6, and the like lol Actually wentz only played 2 playoff caliber teams that season (KC and SEA) and lost both times playing horribly. I honestly don’t think they win a ring if wentz never got hurt.

As a resident of South Jersey less than an hour from Philadelphia I was always aware of the fans and how they lived and died for there Eagles. I was not necessarily an Eagles fan but definitely respected the passion of there fans. I remember when they beat the Patriots and the excitement and joy it brought a city that had been hungry for a championship. I will be watching tonight's playoff battle with division rival Giants with great anticipation 1/21/23.

I remember calling it at the start of the season that the Eagles were going to go all the way. Seeing how Wentz played his rookie season and what he was able to do with our mediocre offense we had I knew with the signings of Torrey Smith, Jeffreys and Blunt that that was all we needed . Dude freakin shredded that year and was on pace to win his first MVP. I see a lot of similarities with this offseason.
