Just a suggestion,could you slow down the narration just a bit? I tried to slow it down a step, but it got distorted. When I try to listen for relaxation, it's difficult.
Just listen to it on half speed.

regardless of the thumbnail, definitely not a wast of time. listening to these long compilations makes settling into bed easier and lulling away at my insomnia while listening to all of the strange and interesting things about times long passed.
