Adjustment of status 23 months wait time,
Consular processing 4-6 months with the downside of being away from us soil and family.
    Which one would be better???
Maybe consular processing if spouse is willing to move momentarily to their spouses home country while waiting for processing

Same process, just start at step 5. You can file your I-140 anytime you like on your own or with a lawyer.

If my aunt applied for my mom from New York, does she(mom) need to enter US through New York airport or she can enter through any state she would like to settle in?

Hi. Which type of visa is issued ? Does this allow to work ? About 6 months, it is unclear. Does it mean you have to move to US within 6 months from approval date ?

Does having a military spouse (citizen) help sort of speed up the process?

Hi! Thanks for the very informative video on Consular Processing.
I have a question for you on this. I have an approved EB2 NIW I-140 petition that NVC has begun processing via Consular Processing through the US Consulate in Mumbai India. They have sent me a Welcome Letter with an NVC Case number and an Invoice ID number. The Welcome Letter also has a Document Cover Sheet that lists the Supporting Documents and a list of documents under the Affidavit of Support.
Now, when I log into CEAC, under the Fees tab, it shows
    - Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fees - Status EXEMPT
    - IV Application Processing Fees - Status PAID
Since the AOS, and hence the associated fee, is exempt for my case, does this imply that I do not need to submit any documents to the NVC listed under the Affidavit of Support in the Document Cover Sheet i.e.
IRS Tax Transcript, Federal Income Tax Returns, Form(s) W-2, Proof of U.S. Status, Proof of Domicile, Petitioner's Civil Documents, Proof of relationship (only for I-864A), Evidence of Income, Social Security Earnings Statement, Proof of Assets
Your advice will be much appreciated.
    Thanks.

yes it's totally exempted AOS documents. you just need to wait for interview appointment letter from the consulate after you have documentary qualified.
