    I'm pretty sure the triangular wooden areas of the front fuselage were painted with some kind of a protective coating that was a deep (hull) red. This was most likely to ensure that castor oil wouldn't soak into the wood and weaken it. I personally like the bare (or varnished) look more, but it isn't accurate.

    The Beethoven cover music is infinitely better than the torn sound cone repeated over and over trash guitar riffs of so many other channels. Thanks!

    Nice tackle of the bits, agree the sticky on belts annoying, especially since I might want to display my belts draped over rear of cpit opening. I dig the low battery chirp of the smoke detector!
