I will never understand why people are so loyal to Line6. They have horrible customer service and you have to hack their products in order to use them properly. There are SO many more products out there that are so much better and so much easier to use and won't cost you any more than what you pay for this garbage. There's a reason why as soon as you buy these at retail price the value instantly drops by $200-300. They just aren't good.
