What is the most current unlocking method, this kamikaze or another method that does not require drilling a hole in the board? Why use the kamikaze method if it is more risky to break a track on the board? Does the mamikaze method cause fewer defects?

I grinded one layer too deep, is there any way to fix it? And where are the points that you used to test continuity?
