Craig: I'm done buying POS vehicles and only get vehicles I can actually sell.......... Very next video... buys a clapped out range rover lol.
I came here to comment this 😂
I have the same problem as Craig. I see so many beaters I want to buy for random uses.
Start of the video specifically stated "Last Summer". So this was purchased last year.
Thank you shojus
Who in their right mind will join his academy 😂 The mentor never learns from his own mistakes 😂
WHAT HAPPENED TO THIE CHANNEL!Craig we liked the content that you use to put out! BUY A CAR, FIX A CAR , SELL A CAR!
This content is like a big budget movie with a plot that goes absolutely nowhere. Whatsoever .
Crying wheels
I don't understand why you waste money chasing other youtubers? we enjoy your content that got you to where you are now. I get your trying to maximize your paycheck, but it's not working.
Craig is trying to be the next Hoovie.
1 is more than enough@@bobbylibertini
@@longjohn77 Yeah. YT is turning into TV...and I stopped watching TV 30 years ago.
Please stick to buying cleaning fixing and selling
I like these types too.

Like what ? He bought a 💩 box from auction I like auction videos too and the rest it’s promoting the OBD reader what he’d like to do to it the vehicle and done nothing 😂
He did nothing throughout the entire video 😂
The only good day owning a Range Rover is the day you sell it!😎
Or just part it out. Especially this one.
@@johanndork5364 those Brembo brakes easily a couple grand
Run all the Hoopties through the Auction at NO RESERVE!!!
But Craig's the only one who buys those vehicles......
Hey Craig,
Emergency realease is inside the center console. Remove the shift stick and then the top.
Spraying the brake disc Is not helping anything as the parking brake is designed with brake shoes inside the disc.
Actually, have an '01 Audi A8L Quattro. It's bucked the trend by being a really good car- my aunt & uncle bought it, I inherited it is the kicker. The car has always been cared for, still went through it and upgraded the struts, springs, brakes, exhaust, all the consumable parts replaced, put Hypergram wheels on it. Drove it across the US twice, cruising quick with no hiccups. Weirdly, gets a decent amount of attention because it's so unusual to see one
Parts ain’t worth jack, there’s millions of these at junkyards lol
Then go get one
They gotta be worth something - if someone has a reparable one, they don’t want to buy parts from the dealer….then again, people probably give up on these easily.
@@tennnis498they are junk, my neighbor who is loaded has one and it’s been sitting in his driveway for years now. Has the same body style as this one.
@@gimne True. My neighbor had one and it was always giving problems.
Still can't understand they can build such an expensive bad product for so long and not go bankrupt.
It’s a great car and it’s in the league of super cars like Mercedes AMG and BMW M and it was over $100k brand new. Most of these in the used market are absolutely junk if it is not One owner car and not maintained at dealership, this car had a factory recall to replace the engine which I guess was never done because whoever owned it as 2nd, 3rd or 4th owner went to mom and pop cheap mechanics for service that ruined this car. Just the engine on this car is $10k and this car market value is only $5k even when everything is working fine. This car is a mechanically total loss because to correctly fix all the issues through factory reset standards will cost approximately $20k or more because it was more than $100k plus brand new
its that blacks buy them then do maintenance... they destroy ewverything they touch
This was just a commercial for the obd2 scanner. Do better please.

Do you even know what you are buying?! 😂
I’m pretty sure it’s the 5.0 SC

For sure it is
But he doesn't know!
Junk!
Simple stuff for a real mechanic with real world experience.......but I get it drama sells and attracts attention but keep in mind real buyers and real people know how to use resources and think twice
Man I hear you. I own a small lot. Won't buy them for my lot but my wife likes Rovers. every time we buy one it always takes some time and money to figure out what's been neglected. After that, they're good cars.
The desperation to be a RUclips star, is starting to wear thin, great channel until the surge for stardom.
"I think I just won it"
Everyone else laughing their asses off hahaha....
"Maintenance heavy vehicle" is code for piece of junk that constantly breaks.
I found flying wheels when it was in the throws of trying to sell up to a Ferrari.
That was good content.
Craig puts a two min ad in the video youtube should start banning RUclipsrs who put ads in the videos
It's how we get paid. You don't work for free
Craig, I appreciate your brutal honesty when you point out cars and mention what their problems are that is so helpful to us customers who are looking for a good car for example, when you pointed out the Nissan titan issues I would’ve never known thanks so much for the great info!
I think you've been watching Hoovie.
Needs help from the top You Tubers lol
I just bought a 2011 Audi Q7 diesel with 145k today for $3000...I feel ya!
Craig and Samcrac buy the same Crappy Land Rovers. Lol
Believe it or not there's a time when old mechanics need put out to pasture or atleast retired to just tune ups oil changes and brake jobs .......it's the mechanics that do what they love and love to do it that really bring dividends not those who love to be retired or need to be
The Queen never had a sport, only a Full Fat Range.
i m glad im not the only one who buys crap, then gets stuck
Daily is an 08 Pathfinder with the optional 5.6 V8 👍 Same engine as the Titan and Armada. With 165k on the clock. I'm the second owner and exclusive of routine maintenance runs flawlessly. The 5.6 engine is stout and runs for years when properly maintained 👌 The only issues that I'm aware of are the exhaust manifolds that tend to crack. Not sure why you had engine problems, but that's a broad paintbrush to use 🤔
Nissan sales being what they are is all I need to know
And being comfortable do get you far especially in the automotive world it's about being not just curious but wanting to do more and be better
i am surprised you don't add Toyota Highlander and Lexus RX 350's all with the 3.6 liter v6 to your inventory as a staple car to sell. Good Episode, you have to try things out and see if they work.... seems like your cleaning out the junk and moving into vehicles that people want, plus the seasonal stuff. knowing your customers is key but also getting your customers to start buying what you want to sell is the goal.
Thank you for the education. I just received a PhD in stupidity. Joking aside I do love the videos
I give you a like before I see the video. I have to have an SUV because its the correct height for my mother to get in & I need to take her to the Doctor. I like those Range Rovers but I've resisted the temptation & bought a Cadillac & I love it. I like videos where things get brought back to life not destroying a car like a child ( no offense WD).
Those Land Rover factory towing receivers sell for $400 on marketplace all day btw
These videos are saving me tens of thousands of dollars.
Thanks!
❤😂🎉
You will feel so much better after all the junk is gone! Happy you are going back to basics, we love that content.
Sound check :) Watching Craig destroy the RR will be very entertaining.
Great stuff thanks
Thanks for the Bosscomm commercial and a little on the Range Rover.
Thank you when you let us know which vehicles are not good, like the Nissan Titan because of the engines. Helps us make more informed decisions when purchasing a vehicle.
I've always heard bad things about the range rovers. Had a couple of friends who owned them and when they are working they are great but repairs and maintenance are a nightmare especially the suspension
Love the way you are going to your pashion videos I sold cars at 19 acuras and had 10 different trucks in high school first car was a 1987 lx 5.0 got a 1991 z71 for 8k I use to get truck traders every Monday
Thanks for sharing your "adventures"
Me watching waiting for the "Chicken Farmer" from Florida crossover.....this could/should have been..
Too bad they're stunning to look at which is all you can do.
Sam could educate him on a thing or two, Range Rover wise.
You said, " I never get the OB2 scanner plug the first time" in a previous video, which made me think, am I watching an older video. Maybe you're luckier than you think 😊
Depends where you get them from and what you know about the car, receipts for repairs, service books etc
Bought my bosscomm if745 I’ve been looking for a new one lately thanks
Please don't trash your channel by doing whistling diesel stuff...Hoovie tried that with a Land Rover Envoke.... now he is in damage control apologizing to his subs and rebuilding an Evoke back to running condition.
Craig you made a mistake the gold car isn’t a Mercury Milan it’s a Ford Fusion same manufacturer though!! 😎✌️👍
Yeah, it was entertaining, but I have to admit, I was cringing through the whole thing. Now, it's your job to find someone who's willing to take it off your hands and hope you don’t wind up paying somebody to haul it off your lot. Anyone can pull codes from a vehicle, but understanding what the code means and what the data is telling you is crucial for effective diagnostics. Throwing parts at the problem is not the best answer and can be very costly. Especially when your lead mechanic tells you he thinks he fixed it - that's not a good sign.
I think you’re right in the selling what sells.
Some of those cars you say sell well, are a lot of the ones I see coming through our auction 🎉🎉
The only luxury car that's safe to buy with high mileage or older is a Lexus. Please buy an older or high mileage Lexus, like an LS-460, not an suv. Great videos Craig. Keep em coming and best wishes in your goal to move back to Florida, hopefully it's in the Tampa Bay area this time though.
Sneak peak on convertible Escalade . Looks like there might be a new video for that one 😂. My favorite project of yours .
There has to be somebody out there who parts out vehicles like the Range Rover to make $$. This would be a good one for him!!!!
Craig, bro, I felk like you're missing the point here. Your demographics want to see success stories. This Rover for instance you said it yourself was the Queen's car, honestly it's a good proposition to restore it back to its former glory and the viewers want to see it, also of you end up making profit it'll only prove it even better content.
This is going to be my favorite video
Simple stuff it's that simple.......a mechanic with drive and motivation gets it done no other option......it's not about sells it's about the vehicle
Craig, in order to release the parking brake you have to latch the hood.
Imagine!!! Is that all it was?
Always entertained by your content, it's awesome!
For the Range Rover, you really need to watch Sam Crac videos. They all need timing chain guides and tensioners. They all need the air bags to be replaced with coil overs. Yours needs 2 front seats. Unfortunately, the timing stuff is very labor intensive and parts are expensive. You have an easy $10k to fix that thing. The better 2 options are to sell it for parts or put it back into the auction and just get rid of it. I part out cars now and then (have a Subaru Crosstrek at the moment) but I'm retired so time is a big "who cares?" for me. But your time is worth money and you could easily make more doing other things. Yah, all your garbage cars need to go onto the trailer every week to the auction with no reserve and just get rid of them. This is a good time with all the car dealers about to go out of business but setting reserve at the auction. Bidding dealers have plenty of money for your cars because of this.
I'm not saying you can live on hopes and dreams but you can live on trust and hope ....and a vehicle you can trust and have hopes on becomes a relative.....this can be one those vehicles as long perception is not manipulated to degree that we all buy Honda and Toyota .....just saying
Still better than 99% of the filth that is on TV today. Keep up the good work.
Craig, when you have something that is say 400 500 yet a good body on a car be fun to see your shop convert it to electric. A friend found a Vilt w good batteries but totaled due to frame damage. Removed the batteries junked it. Then took them put them in a S 10 w electric motor. Use the truck as a part hauler. Range is no biggy they stay in town bht they took a s 10 w bad notor trans and bad CV Volt w frame issues made a 1200 dollar electric pickup fun useful toy. Over time they plan on adding other salvaged parts light bars etc be fun seeing what Flying wheels could do. A econo van ir some huge cargo vehicle be fun. The shop mentioned they will do a van and flat bed once they find more Vits as they easier to work with in battery extraction.
You are a fare braver person than me to mess with these type of vehicles. My wife has a 2019 BMW 4 series, took to dealer with a simple issue with the window. It was all under warranty. I ask service dept. what would this of cost if it were not under warranty. They found an issue with the radio, so that was replased along with fixing the window motor and the bill was $4900.00. The retail value of the car was about $21k. Crazy repair cost on these BMW, Audi, Land Rover etc.
Living vicariously through you, brother! Youre a glutton for punishment buying audi's and land rovers.
It’s fun to buy POS but ones that are fairly easy to make road worthy. The RR is not one of those sadly.
Hey the old Craig is back , so it's now back to the basics and sell cars again, yeah get rid of the clunkers and do what you do best yeah looking forward to that super cool❤
That's the plan!
@@FlyingWheels send me the rover! read my comment! ill do it!
Should have got a defender. Beasts.
I am always interested in what is wrong with the vehicle after you purchase it cheap and what it would cost to get it to a profitable margin
Thanks for the advice I was looking at a Nissan Titan I will not get one now
I prefer the vids where u buy a car fix it up and sell it. The mystery of whether u sold it for a profit or ended up with a loss cause of unexpected repairs makes the vid interesting.
You learned from it. And you definitely will get your money worth if you put in new timing. For the range
You’re right buying that Range Rover was cheap but to repair it it’s going to cost you literally
Well we appreciate you buying the junk models and sharing so we don't do the same.
Heaven for bid a ford explorer with lip stick on and super charger gets your in a bind 😔
Craig have you thought about swapping that Impala 5.3 into the Rover and putting a cheap turbo on it?
Hey, maybe you could have one clunker fun project? Not ten. BTW, F150 was the most sold vehicle overall a few years ago.
Goooo Supercharged Buick !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I enjoy these series. I know they don't make you dealership money but I find them way more entertaining.
These kinds of cars are really only good for cult car followers. They are cars you buy multiple of to gather parts to make one good car. They require a lot of time and things can get expensive.... quickly!
These best consumers of these cars are people who already know them inside and out. No need to spend time researching them.
Samcrac makes a living off this
@shawnb1774 Do you realize the resources those large channels have to build cars? Lol The average person can never do what they do and turn a profit.
Bless your heart 😢
I said you should do this video but man please do a discovery they are amazing I owned 2 the rang rover is nothing but headaches my 2 discovery’s where great
Don't you need to have the hood closed and secure to deactivate brake??
Based on my experience. I have purchased a used , clean looking BMW because new was ought of my price range. IMO. Be sure to buy the maximum available factory warranty or be prepared to pay over $1000 if the water pump needs replacement.
You need to get some more Mustangs
“Momma always said, auctions are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get.”
Range Rover - you couldn't pay me to own one.
The Range Rover has a hood latch sensor, behind the RH latch. If the hood is open, the parking brake will likely not turn off.
Honestly I get why Craig buys these cars. My father and I have been car dealers for 8 years now. We sell primarily in NY, and we buy completely out of state.. like Virginia and Manheim PA.. The cars that used to bring us a great fortune are now, astronomically expensive even for a wholesale perspective. Most of NY depends on their checks to hit the bank, and pay for rent alone. We have a lot of cars from $3,000-9,000. If you cross the 10k threshold the cars sit, and you dont get to do anything with it besides selling it wholesale 6 months later. Getting a POS car brings some kind of excitement, some times it pays off other times you end up with a dinky POS that you dont know how to get rid of. And that comes with this business, as a consistent watcher i enjoy the walk around the auction, but as a dealer i also understand that some cars are bought without a purpose. Especially if you decide to do some kind of side project.
Can you use a scanner tool at auctions before you buy the car
Those rear light guards should be fiberglass 😊
I’ve got to admit I do enjoy watching his vids especially when he has pump a lot of money into those Audis and it gives him nothing but grief and Graig losers it . Great vid content . Same same with the Land rovers , look nice but they come with many issues . Hey for 2k if it pays off all good if not it’s good content and the views will pay for it .
Is that a Ford based 4.6l?
Craig... I did not learn anything about doing burnouts this video
🤣
Trying to fix a Range Rover with a dead battery is a waste of time you’ll just get the same random fake codes come back
Back to basics.
You need to make more videos with your dad,
I doubt his father wants to be involved with “Crying Wheels”
How can you trust his vehicles on his lot for sale..
Junk
And Papa Al
People like winners Craig, make some videos where you win and win big! Be a good deal all around. Best of luck !
When you said this was last summer, I was thinking Craig is buying a boat...anchor!!
Try putting ur seat belt on to release brakes
You should do a video on parting out a car
I like this intro better than the other one.
