That silent film portion was AMAZING! 😮 SO MUCH PRESSURE! And, yes, I added in super-dramatic piano music in my head to accompany. I don't think I breathed at all until you were finished with them all. Incredible group of locations. Thank you!
I can’t see you two ladies having to twist dad’s rubber arm much. He seems to be enjoying himself …. Another culvert addict…😂😂😂 It is so strange to see water over roads and so oddly fascinating! Chris of letsdig18 is a pro at replacing culverts….just saying…. 😁 Also, even though you said it was in the 70s, that water looked suspiciously like Canadian ice water…😅 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Great pictures of the water rush . I just wanted To to say, here in Australia we would be warned not to drive over that flooded causeway as the current could drag your car in. It happens alot here, fatalities are often the result. You girls didn't think twice about it. Maybe your vehicle is bigger than our 4x4. All that said I love your channel and enjoy the stuff you do. Keep going but stay safe.
Ladies take a wide angle shot to get both dad and daughter in shot. No need for close up and description of every rock or limb. The river and area you are in is beautiful! If you put camera on a tri- pod everyone could be working together. Your family is amazing and such hard workers. Thank you for the work you do!
I’m new to your channel and I must tell you that I’m an east coast girl and have lived here my entire life, tho not in the same state. I’m your mom’s age, and live at the shore in NJ. I’m where storm Sandy hit, if that helps at all. I had NO idea Oklahoma was so beautiful. An east coast girl thinks it’s all cows and ranches and a few cities . You’ve changed my mind entirely. Thank you
I am in the UK and i am with you, i am terrified of snakes, we have 5 snakes in the UK that are now considered to be natralised, 3 of those are ones that have either escaped as pets or have been deliberately released into the countryside.
That first Bridge and area are Beautiful and the water so clear! Pop me in a Cabin and some electricity and I'd be a happy bunny looking at that everyday!
I can't believe that people have the nerve to criticize your work ,when they do nothing themselves .go try and do it yourself ,film 😮it and we will let you know how well you do thank-you
Honestly, YES!! So stupid that they constantly criticize when they have no idea what it is like to do work while trying to get a get shot off it on video. People need to back off!
@laurafos1 Do you have any other name for them? There are several types of water beetles. I've never seen anything that moves the way they did. Fascinating!
Lots of work! I don't understand why those low bridges are better than the conventional ones, but engineers must know. In any case, you make them less dangerous when water crosses the road. Is Dad Granny's substitute while she's in Minnesota, or has he been bitten by the unclogging bug and is now officially one of the team?
I really like it, it is small enough for mom to use but also strong enough to cut bigger branches. The only thing I have had to do is tighten the chain because it was loose and kept coming off the bar.
That first one looks like they need to raise the road quite a bit and add another large culvert! The second one (4:07), needed some before and after pix. Third one (13:54) needed before and after in the OUT end, so we could see th difference in the rxpenditute. Fourth one (24:50) needed you to take out the rocks by hand.. AT 32:00 am not so sure those larger rocks should have been tossed INSIDE the culvert. If even ONE grts stuck in there, it will clog in the middle of the road, and you don't want THAT to happen! Have you two had any training in culvert clearing??? Are you OSHA Certified? Am worried you're going to do something dangerous!
Thanks for the advice. We are not osha certified. We have full time jobs and run our own businesses. We simply do this in what little spare time we have because we enjoy it and getting to help our community. We also do our best to be the safest we can possibly be and do the job right. We have been doing this for a number of years but we just started filming ourselves a few months ago. Sometimes filming the exit isn’t a possibility, it all depends on the culvert. Hope that answers some of your questions. Have a good day!
Be well Granny!! We look forward to seeing you again this. Omming winter❤️
Keep up the great work ladies and Dad👍
Nice to see you three working together. Mom wants todo them all. Makes me smile.
GOOD WORK, KEEP SAFE
Very beautiful, shame you have snakes. I'm with you Jen. Thankfully we only have one species in the UK and not often seen.
can't believe how clear the water was. nice work stay safe.
Grunting and breathing hard makes us all feel better as yall r doing suchbhard great work

Oh wow, nice video again. I loved every minute of it. Well done, all of you ❤
First!!!! 8:22 The surprisingly long log. Must have gone all the way across the road.
Sound is perfect!
Thank you
Great video, the only thing that would make it better, would be before and after shots after each clearing.
Ladies I love you both. It’s that can do attitude that keeps me coming back to watch. Love from DEVON UK.
Just watching ur stream, mics r 10/10. you, ur Mum n Dad r cool, love u and your family, keep up the good work, watching from England 🇬🇧

Thank you for the work you do. More wide angle views will improve the videography.
J’aimerais beaucoup être avec vous et essayer de faire la même chose !!
Oooh those rocks getting sucked into the culvert at about @30:00 was amazing!!
Yes that was dad’s favorite part 😀
TOTALLY ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO LADIE Gentleman 😊
Granny can’t leave! Who going to be the supervisor?
The dog
Those bugs looked like swimming watermelon seeds. 😂
They were very cool! But I also thought 👽👽

The first river makes me want to be there with a kayak 😊😊😊

I agree
“It’s full of rocks!”…*proceeds to send more rocks into the other culverts* 😂😂 32:58

@@culvertsandmoresome folk are just negative to positive
The whole darn tree was in that pipes
Those are water beetles/bugs. When they sting you it burns like fire. They like to get in kiddie pools because the water is really warm
@laurafos1 Do you have any other name for them? There are several types of water beetles. I've never seen anything that moves the way they did. Fascinating!
Miniature motorboats?🤷🏻♀️🤭 Not sure, we used to just call them water bugs.
That stick was crazy long
That is a really long tree in that culvert!
Shame you didn't have tin snips or something. You work hard and the scenery is pretty.
Lots of work! I don't understand why those low bridges are better than the conventional ones, but engineers must know. In any case, you make them less dangerous when water crosses the road.

I think dad has been bitten by unclogging bug😄.
@@culvertsandmore 👏👏
Hi all hope you’re all doing great
That is way to scary for me to ever attempt that crossover 😮
I don’t know what those bugs are but myself and my brothers played with them when we were kids. We had races with them.
Jen, you’re standing in water, and you got a little splash!?
I wonder how long it took the Beaver’s (also wonder if it was more than one) to chew through that medium sized tree @27:31?
I’d be worried about driving over that low water bridge. It doesn’t take much running water to pull a vehicle in!
the bugs are called water boatmen
'Rails' are what they use on railroads, hence the name.
How good is that little chainsaw? ❤
I really like it, it is small enough for mom to use but also strong enough to cut bigger branches. The only thing I have had to do is tighten the chain because it was loose and kept coming off the bar.
Sending love all the way from England ❤
"Is that even a culvert?" at 49:25
Hahahaha..
So the prisoner exchange takes place in Kansas!
A concrete/cement hoe my be more helpful moving those small rocks then that small rake. Just a suggestion.
That a long wood
If dad has no wood to cut them let him remove rocks to open up that one culvert.
OMG arent you scared of getting washed away on those low water bridges!
Your dad wearing a 49er jersey?
they need to raise the bridge a little higher
I just heard you say this is Oklahoma. I thought you were in Canada. Where are you based?
Southeast Oklahoma
Mic,s are on
No offense...your area needs to look at raising some of these areas with regular bridges or larger culverts...Even if they may be low traffic areas...
No offense taken. We agree.
why don't they raise the bridge
Where is the young one, taking a nap?
If you are talking about kk she is very busy and doesn’t get to go with us very often.
WOW!...the mics work great,i thought you goys were Disneycharacters this whole time
🤣 did our mics sound like chipmunks or something?
Hey I hope you get the mic fixed you lost a lot of sound footage 😢

No sound
Yes we are trying out new microphones and did lose sound for awhile.
I do believe they covered that when it said on the screen for you to read “this video has no sound”
I do enjoy the videos
your sound was off.
Yes we were testing out our new microphones.
what are you doing in this video? sorry
cleaning out culverts and low water bridges. picking up litter.
its painful to watch
This wasn't your day.
Hey you lost ur sound half way through
We know. We put a disclaimer on the video letting you know.
